i saw you post on the BLG forum. Somethings I want to ask. You said about the footy Director quitting WHY did he quit?
I belevie the BDFC president is finishing at the end of the year. So you don't need to worry about that.
I do think that what Nelson was left with, he did his best. I also beleive that the bulldogs still had 2 imports that couldn't be taken so that would make it hard for nelson.

As you are a member of the club did you see all the games in the 2003 2004 season when thay didn't win a game?
Will you still be a member next year?
Are you a suporter of the club or the coach?

No sure why he quit, I still see him around the club. But not sure..Glad the president is going, Thanks for nothing......I stood in the bay most games since Grant Coffee coached, I am a member, I am one of many who aren't happy with the events of the past three weeks......

Will you still be a member next year?
If I see it I say it.

No Mate, Let me be very clear, James has done nothing wrong, But i am justed p#ssed at the treatment given to a guy who just took the club to were it is, I haven't spoke to Rian since the brown stuff hit the flag, but anybody with moral should feel the same as I do.

Returning to UNDER 17'S discussion, Willaston will be praying for a Freeling win this week which would leave the door right open for them to jump Nuri and grab fourth spot.

No question, great competition, this year's results have made it even better.
The fact that BDFC U17s improved this year, FFC U17s once again flying the flag and a few wins from bottom teams have made the year a good one.

Finals series shaping up for some blockbusters!!!

Seeing as I'm affialiated with umps, who do you guys rate just out of interest?
Good luck for the weekend

The next few weeks are big for the top 6 clubs. yes 6 clubs. GC, South & Freeling are set but the next 2 weeks will see if Nuri & Willaston have what it takes. Barossa can make it hard for Willaston as the last game between Willaston & Barossa will be a big game.

Finals: I think most of the money is on South & GC will be playing in the Grand Final but never rub out the other team. We all were there when Nuri went from 4th spot to win the 08 Grand Final, So with that in mind this year it could be a big one.
I will not say who will win until the last game of the minor round.
If I see it I say it.

who are people tipping for assoc medal winner runners up and third.

max doherty for the win always around the mark.

brent odriscol for runner up has played good everytime i have seen him.

daniel mills to get the last invite has been good all year and kicks goals.

people that also could get an invite MOLYNEUX Charlie, ZANANDREA Justin, HAUSLER Shaun, SMITH Lincoln, OSBORNE JOSHUA, BARNES Travis

Surely he would be leading the medal count before he started playing seniors if his form in the A's is anything to go by....
And if GC's dont make the A grade GF and he drops back, surely their 17's have to be favourites....

But not just this kid, its been great to see 17's from a lot of clubs go up and play A's this year, from the games I've seen anyway...

It wouldnt be a stretch for the league top change the teams to 22 players, but that 22nd bloke has to be a 17 player... Good way to develop kids.

Doherty, Mills Top 2. Pretty much a raffle for the 3rd invite. Molyneux, Zanandrea, Lincoln Smith, O'Driscoll, Nic Falland would have picked up 12 votes or so early on and Aaron Bain will undoubtedly get 20 unwarranted votes.

I take it that some of the posters on here do not rate young Bain? why is this? I believe he has won an association medal in the past...

i think most players who have played against him would agree theres no way he was ever the best player in the competition, not the worst player running around though, just he should never have been an assoc. medalist

This weeks games

Willaston vs Angaston: Willaston will get this as the next two games are a must win for a finals spot.

Kapunda vs Gawler Central : GC will have this game.

Tanunda vs South Gawler : Same for South. This is their game.

Nuriootpa vs Freeling: I am going Nuri this week. Freeling are in the finals and Nuri will do anything to not let this game go.
If I see it I say it.

who would you expect to be in South's top 5 then? I notice not one south player has been mentioned when speaking of the medal... surely a team destined for the GF must have one or two players that will poll well.

Alain Hewitt, Michael Gajewski, Ash Parsons, Clayton Cameron. Should all poll votes but as South have such an even spread of players I can't see any of them winning it.

today with freeling going down to nuri by a small margin to nuri and willaston only beat ango by a goal it seems the finals are set unless willaston can knock barossa off by 200pts and nuri go down to south by alot.

Right you are checky. It seems Nuri are Freeling's bogey side. In fact I believe they knocked them off in the elimination final last year.
