If he loses 25kg he'll kick 100 goals out there.

Training starts Next week, and looking forward to it.
Not a lot has been going on over the festive season.

Our first committe meeting for 2009 is on tomorrow night and a coaches meeting on Wednesday.

A totally new coaching team in place
Looks as if we have lost 3 players from last year
Henno, Azza and G. Pettrucci.
Good luck to Henno and Azz for 2009
Both our Junior coaches from last year are at South Adelaide.
Both Brad and Gianni will do very well and we hope that they do spend some time back at McLaren.

It is dissappointing that the Jaggards have left their club...but good luck to the two Steve's

We have been in discussion with a couple of players from outside the club and hopefully we can get all of that finalised sooner than later,
however our main aim is to build our club from within and develop and promote the juniors who have the capabilities and desire to make the next step.

We have a fair number out with Gianni at South Adelaide and of course we wish all of them the best of luck.

That is where we are at

G'day McLaren people.. I've always been curious to know what the reasons were behind McLaren leaving the SFL to join the GSFL. Can someone bring me up to speed?

Hi Limb,

If there's no other McLaren people who can answer your post....
I'm pretty sure The Yetti was around when that all happened.
So he should/will definitely be able to fill you in on that when he comes on O:)

I'm pretty sure that it had something to do with the SFL going to 1 div, but The Yetti or The Observer would know more about it than me.
