Micheal "pencil" Jones Noarlunga's first Jimmy Hird.
Browny from Victor in the 90's (though he's painting to many ceilings these days).
Anyone with a dark complexion playing on the wing.
Hams though often over weight still can dominate opposition backline.
Josh King the best looking foward GSFL have had since Mods.
Dave Whitbourne winning a mail medal while at the bloods is like climbing Everest in thongs n footy shorts.

B McDonald played on Whitbourne the year he won a mail medal, had 42 quality possesions. MM votes Whitbourne polled Mc Donald 0 . Bloods Lost by a streak too not a great year for the umpires methinks!

Julian **** an absolute genius. dominated footy right up till his last game in the AFL Canberra league. very respected among everyone. was privelege to play with him and watch him in action. i think his height probably cost him a decent crack at AFL footy, only thing he cant do is play poker, hopeless cleaned him up on odd occasion

Paul White played in PLFL for a few years, over in WA at the mo i think. Dominated Lincoln league, went over and played with Norwood couldn't get a league game but won ressies b&f, work that out. Yeah Chris Prime is a very good footballer still too, would hold his own anywhere i imagine. within reason.

I think Joel Wilson is worth a mention, has a couple of Mail medals & club Best & Fairest, not to mention all the representative footy he has played

I think he won in 1999, these was @ much debate as this was the Year that Jared Wilson played a dominate year and perhaps the umpires got confused  like they did on Saturday Hazbeen. :yawinkle:

That's the only one I can remember, but I thought he had won one a few years back 05 or 04???

None the less, he has achieved quite a bit and deserves a mention. Do you not agree??

Hard to go past Simon Ebert Last years HFL Central div mail medalist and may be looking at another one this year, class act player who racks up truck loads of disposals and has some of the most superb skills on both sides of his body going around in the hills.

Would put the Exelby brothers up there - two blokes that when play together are a formibable pairing - God help you if you hit one & the other was around the play. I distinctly remember Younger Brother Brett screaming like a shiela when I nailed him in a big tackle, when Big Brother Daniel came through and took me out - felt like a steam train. Just my opinion but they are the hardest, fairest, quality country footballers I have had to stand in my time playing in the SFL, HFL, & GSFL. May think a joke perhaps - but fair dinkum they could play.
