Interesting to read in the advertiser today that Matt Cooper has chosen not to continue at SANFL level next season due to a foot injury. Surely if he chooses to play next season it will be with Hahndorf. He would be a massive pickup for them.

Get that up the rumor mil.
I also heard Sturt are going to forfeit their SANFL licence to the new Shitfish team. Sturt will now feature in the HFL and be known as the double dongers.

Nope, there's no money at Mt Lofty.....everyone plays for love.

a). So you're saying Floreani will be playing at Lofty in 08!
b). We all know not everyone plays for love at Lofty $$$$
c). Bring in that fishing line and hook because it sounds like you'll be the first that gets caught.
d). If I happen to be right I'll use this post again and you'll look silly or if I'm wrong I'll eat my words and bow to the DA. Fair call!

Truth be told, I've got no idea what's happening at Devil Park - haven't been there for 6 months, just filling in the silly season with some stupidity.

Still, I'm not too worried about looking silly - I've been doing it for years.

Kym Cobb to Blackwood- I would have thought that would take some coin considering rumours about his pay packet in 2007

Don't know where you get your info Cougar. Sutherland was reappointed as coach of Uraidla for next season.

Surprised you didn't say he was going to play at Ardrossan or Henley because from what you read on this forum there is going to be about 60 ex SANFL players going to play at both of these clubs.

Very doubtful, he is just mates with a few of the boys. But then again, who wouldn't want to play at Lofty?

I heard one of their players wasn't too impressed with the club not putting on any free piss after 3 grades all winning flags. He said it was a bit of a joke. Also heard there was a bit of a scuffle between a couple of players grand final night

There hasn't been free beers after any of the GF wins, who cares though, when you win a GF nothing else matters......I guess you wouldn't know.

And I heard that you're a gay midget who has a fetsih about being shacked up in prison with a hairy backed gorilla, but I didn't go broadcasting it on an internet forum........oooops. Moral - if you don't know what you're talking about, keep your cake hole shut.

Gents can someone throw me a line on Onkas? They had a very good player in Contin running around this year in the middle however he missed 10 games through injury and still won the B&F! He would have had to poll top votes in every game he played wouldnt he?

Can't help you there but will say that despite Alan Stringer perhaps being a bit maligned in his brief stint at Onkas, it would have been Stringer that got Contin to the club wouldn't it?
