Can't believe I didn't think of that!
Will be put to good use in our next match though.

No, not the best start to the season but hey, Renmark are in the same boat.

We should have knocked off North with the chances we had.

So realistically, we should be at 2 and 2.

Reality is we're 1 and 3.

Not panic stations as yet.

Bennett was superb on the weekend. Just grabbed everything.

I would like to see an RFL team beat the Renmark side when Bennett is playing as well as he did on the weekend.

If he can keep that form going I reckon more wins will come for the Rovers.

Loxton now. Time to regroup and rethink how we go about things.

Probably one of the best games from someone I've seen in a long while. Especially when you look at the quality of the players who were standing him. If he didn't play, Berri win. He almost singlehandedly won the game off his own boot. If you read this forum Ryan, well done. You're a bloody good footballer.

Thats a bit of an insult to the rest of the renmark team, i thought that ran the ball well of half back and rewarded the runner a lot more. It gave quick entry into benno, and of course he'll beat anyone in the league in that scenario. A much better team game by the rovers. The midfielders also dominated the centre clearance, stats showed that after the game.

I agree, the Rovers looked alot better outfit saturday. The back line looked strong and in control and the on ballers where very impressive. Then add Benno in the forward line and you get a 10 goal win. I just hope they keep it up.

Rosie O'Donnell has a penis and she is a bird (apparently she is anyway).

PS, im going into hiding after Saf's supercoach team beat mine!

I love it when guys like Ablett and Richardson get injured, then Lucas and Houlihan get dropped, then.......after being named......guys like Priddis, Mitch Brown, Shaun Higgins and Leon Davis don't play, its a freakin nightmare for fantasy coaches.

Anyone seen Step-Brothers?

I love it when that chick says to John C.Reily "What do you do?"
He replies "I manage a hockey team"

"Really!......what, little league?" she says rather impressed

"No, fantasy league" he retorts.

Seems like Pete Smith has settled into the riverland way of life and is making an impact with his footy. Goes alright Pete, uncanny around the goals and can even handpass at times. ;)

just reading the two previous pages if I was playing for Renmark I would be a little worried with all the talk about Benno playing brilliantley & winning the game off his own boot! You cant expect him to play great every game especially with a suspect thumb! & if thats all they have then they could be in for a long year.

My comments previously on Bennett winning the game off his own boot were a bit overboard. I was hammered when I posted that. Mind you, he was impressive, but he was certainly no orphan. With the players they have on paper, it was only a matter of time before they all clicked together. They will be fighting it out in the second to last game of the year at the worse, don't you worry about that.

Well I hope for their sake your right! But I just cant help but feel all the attention that has been put on them by the local media thru out the pre season has put a bit of pressure on them to perform. no doubt Benno was amazing on the weekend but he's gonna give you a good game every week I will just be interested to see if some of their big name recruites can give the consistancey needed to make a good football side! It cant be easy trying to plot your team every week having so many players traveling & not training with the rest of the team. Read someones comment saying how Renmark could have been 2 & 2 instead of 1 & 3 but im sure apart from Barmera who havent lost the other four teams would like to think they could of had another win some where but its about taking your chances when you have them!!
