Dont often agree with the great Peter Dalwood but I think he has the mail medal selctions correct. Wait from Wark and OMalley. Anyone going to the medal please let us know the results when they come to hand.

jervois will get mauled by ramblers, jervois didn't win yesterday mannum lost it. most of jervois's goals were a result of turnovers from poor mannum disposals and choices. jervois never looked the dominant team at all during the day except for the first 5 minutes of the first quarter, mannum just need to improve disposal and decision making as it cost them. the chippy style they played in the last quarter was a joke and is supposedly a milsom trait, it didn't work, if they went long then they may have just won the game. well done to jervois for just making the most of the opportunities the roos gave them. i can't see the roos being much of threat next year in the rmfl with a swag of players most likely going and the fact the juniors aren't showing alot.

Not sure about that anzacspirit... I saw Jervois take control of the midfield in the last quarter by putting the guns in there and just ran over the top of Mannum as most sides have this year... They'll give Ramblers a scare especially if Matthews Oneil and Girardi are as injured as they looked in the last quarter Saturday...

On another note

Very rare indeed.

Congrats to Evan, great club man who really could still be playing the the Seniors.

Well deserved and I'd say easily the best b grader running around atm.

yeah you're right they did look good then, i was concentrating more on how crap mannum looked than how jervois's midfield was, it was like watching port play, you just knew they'd get rolled :-(

It was always going to be tough for the Roos considering recent events. A year best forgotten for all involved I would think. Any idea on who the players moving on are anzacspirit?

Ha ha... Not sure it was quite that bad.. If Hall had goaled on the run from 30m directly in front under minimal pressure the game was over!!

well Boughen is going on a round the world trip till august next year so he is definitely gone, geradis doesn't seem to spend more than one season at a club so he may be off, not sure about kennedy have heard he may be travelling overseas too. Heard that ben quinn is keen on coaching not sure whether that means he'll put his hand up for the roos job or will go elsewhere we'll just see what pans out. if he goes then i hope some of the karoonda based boys still stay with us like smithson. mannum can't keep topping up the A grade with the old school b graders although i thought stevie dabinett and matt connolley did ok on sunday. the club needs more youngsters to come up and i just can't see alot in the lower grades to have much hope that next year will be a good year.
