A great round I reckon. Definitely shows that this year could be the tightest one for a long time. Can only be good for the RFL.

WTF happened to Renmark on the weekend?

Which clubs would they be reflex? Berri by any chance? A lot of clearances gone through.

In regards to this, I've already explained that a lot of those clearances are people who have moved to the area for work or players that will more than likely be playing reserves.

We are well below our points cap.

Renmark were pretty comprehensively outplayed.

Loxton used the ball far better and were consistently first to the ball. They played to their strengths. I thought their new recruit Smith was handy, and Uren and Kruger got plenty of loose ball across half back and used it well. Rhys Mitchell had plenty of quality ball coming in and he made the most of it.

Robbie Bonner's knee gave up on him on the weekend. He is 12 games short of 300 senior games.

"Ah well, I'll get it fixed up and come back next year."

He's a machine.

I was looking forward to playing on him again this year.
Always a good laugh out on the field is Robbie.
Gives it a fair crack but doesn't take it too seriously.

Can anybody confirm if a certain RFL club official was reported by several umpires on the weekend for abuse?
