Goldy i have heard a few whispers of the same. But seriously you're not going to believe that Kennedy is going to throw away $800 plus a game just because the coach and Clive have left. Not sure about the other names you have mentioned but he will stick it out take his money and then my prediction is move on at the end of the year and say thanks for the easy money Mannum and i"ll be on my way back to the Barossa as he can't get a clearance now. So my tip would be all the other blokes would take their money and then do the same thing.

Clive gone. Kennedy done a calf, gone for season and career (if you can call it that) at Mannum also gone. Hall, Gerardis and Wakefield also gone.

I find this very hard to believe bazza, as Goldberg said to much money for these players on offer to not rock up

More than one club looking to head out of the RMFL. Can Dalwood save the Humble League?

interesting reading all these rumours about mannum, are any of you associated with the club or are you just hearing this from your best mates girlfriends brother in laws uncle?

As for Wakefield leaving, well I'll ask him tomorrow as he is working on the property near where i live. Spoke to an ex Roos captain last night and all players will be playing out the rest of the year barring injury, waterhouse is unlikely to return. Kennedy I have heard is travelling overseas next year so is unlikely to play. The information i was given about recent events was that the coach dave hadn't been to training for two weeks, so it was left to the captain to pick the team. the captain was unimpressed with clives training ethic and said he'd be in reserves (from here not sure what clives or daves reaction was). Saturday dave rocks up and ask the team to speak up about him being coach, one fella did and then a few more chipped in saying they had lost confidence in him, so dave said if i don't have the backing of the whole team i quit, and he did. so now milsom is the interim coach and all players are expected to be back at training, more than normal were there on tuesday night so that is a good sign for the roos. there has been trouble brewing at the club for a while which came to a head on sponsors day between the coach and team manager which resulted in the team manager quitting. hopefully all the crap is behind the roos now and we can move on.

Hall definitely gone as of yesterday as reported. Started working for previous coach last week and has 'pledged his loyalty' to his new boss. FACT.

Suppose being the great league we are we will still keep a top 5 finals and then there will be only 1 team miss out ;)

But in seriousness if this is true it shall make things very interesting.

A lot of rubbish written about Mannum on here lately. My mail is that Waterhouse is the only casualty and that is a relief for the playing group. Kennedy may miss a week or two but will be around for finals. All other players are on board. If this is the case expect Mannum to be very competitive in the finals. Do not underestimate the ability of Milsom to galvanise this group. Time will tell.

yeah bazza was pretty certain that was the case but wasn't going to doubt you until i had my facts straight. As i mentioned earlier from the training on tuesday night word was everyone will play on until years end, except waterhouse and that is mainly due to the fact he works for dohleguy and he has probably lost the respect of the playing group. i had initially heard that hally was not going to play for the roos next year so will wait and see on that one.

Peter Milsom - is it the one who coached west adelaides U17's around 1990? If so he would be getting on now but was an excellent coach back then. Very good tactician and galvaniser of a group.

I'm hearing that training out at Mannum was the most enthusiastic it has been for awhile and that the only loss is Clive.

Good on the Roos, alot of good blokes out that way that dont deserve to be named in all the BS that has been going on

Yeah well said Biffboy. A more team orientated approach now which will do them the world of good.

Let's just hope they struggle down here on Saturday :)
