Scott Friend has never played seniors against Meadows - unless it was U17's.

I think it was Ironbank. :?

Word on the street is Matt Guitink got the shits on and spat the dummy when he was benched on Satruday at Maccy. Apparently threw his mouthguard a mile, obviously can't hack it when things aren't on a platter for him

Geez Coach Stringer is a winner isn't he?? He has the most depth of any Country Div at his disposal, yet they're still not penciled in as premiers, cos several players at that Club think he's a tool. If ya gonna bench your in form Full Forward 2 weeks before the Finals, you might have to match what other clubs offer him during the off season, or say goodbye.

I see the new points system for the HFL has definately been set to 35 points. Interesting... you would hope other surrounding leagues will adopt the same system otherwise we may see players go to the GSFL or SFL etc.

Yeh this could be a problem as one of the ever-alert, quick thinking A grade coaches ( no benchings for rest of yr) let the big O know at the latest meeting. I believe both those league and the RMFL are looking at the system and i think there's pressure coming down from the AFL and SANFL on all leagues to introduce this system. It really supports the young local players because they will now be very valuable to a club as theyre only worth one point.

seems to be a pretty easy round for the tipsters in central big favourites in each game

LOFTY vs birdwood
URAIDLA vs blackwood
ONKAS vs lobethal
MT BARKER vs bridgey
IRONBANK vs hahndorf
confident on getting 5 out of 5 this week would be considered a fair upset if any of the highlighted teams were to lose
