Whilst they're obviously spending a bit this year, they probably had a bit in reserve as they wouldn't have spent much last year.

I would say that they can mix it with the top three, they only went down to your mob by 3 goal and that was alot to do with poor kicking.

One more gun could be all they need and then look out

I'm not so sure bigbadkenny is a Mannum person despite what is on his/her profile listing.

But you're right, Tailem is getting closer to the top 3, on their day at home, I think they could get close to any of them, however, I'm not so sure how they'd go away from their home ground.

I also wonder whether they're trying to get Weetra with a view to having him next year and worth one less point. Just my guess.

The impression I get, albeit from a distance, is that Clyde is rated highly by the whole TB Footy club.

Paul "ABBS" Abbott to play 300 for Tailem this weekend & Toddy Downs to play 250. Great effort from 2 of the long lasting boys. Nice touch on the celebration of Tailems hall of fame.

It's good that tailem have signed another gun player but I'd like to know how they are gonna fit them
All in with the points system. Remembering they have Michael sumner to return too. If tailem make finals, the last thing they want to be stuck with is playing 6 juniors to fit under the points because against the top teams I think playing too many kids is may hurt them.

Finished work early so thought I would pop into ramblers and see them play jervois and even tho ramblers are dominating the game at the moment, They look so under done.
And also I will add Patrick O'Neil is one of the most overrated players in the rmfl. Next time you watch a rambler game watch him for 5mins and you will fall asleep the laziest player, didn't run unless they gave him the footy.

I would actually love to hear Goldbergs thoughts on him, because I thought today he looked like a player that is going to shit himself and hide when it's a hard physical game, I just thought is work rate looked like a 40yr old playing super rules.

fair enuf on the under done, 3-4 young players stepped up from the ressies...
liam o'neil on zone duties, tyson matthews (knee) 4-5 gun players (league regulars) due back pre/post bye.

the young fellaz are stepping up and doing they're job, you cant ask for much more from them and of course with the
outs... ure gunna look under done..

paddy o'neil... under-rated for leadership and team structure.... chris ladhams does nothing all except sit in a pocket/flank an wait.

I think to be a classy leader you need a high work rate, and today I seen none of it, and yes ladhams might not do alot but they arnt a preimership contender so those slack players won't be found out!

Pretty big statement saying Ramblers are under done. When we have 3 players making there a-grade debut, including a ruckman not bigger than 5ft 10' we will always look a bit vunerable.
The effort to get up yesterday with half a side was amazing, Patty O'neil was a bit crook yesterday and would be the first to admit he is an outside player but every side needs one.
Jarred Weyland is a superstar and teams dont pay him enough respect!
Jervois have just wasted a bucket load of cash on selfish players who only care about themselves.
Todd Blucher in the ressies king hit one of our young fellas and wont play again this season. He's a bloody coward!!!
