Very Interesting? In What Way? Creeks to Continue on their Rampage to the Flag for mine.

This week will see the Hawks hand out another Embarrassing loss to their Neighbors "the Soft Cocks of the South" Strathalbyn. Creeks will see the Return of Schwino Rothe to the Team after an extended Lay Off due to a 'Mystery' Injury which will Give them Even More Run through the Midfield.

I'll leave the other matches for LIMB to preview. Creeks by 58 points.

Interesting to see ex Norwood player Lee Blake sign with Yankalilla mid year after starting the season with Mypolonga in the RMFL. From what i've heard being handsomely paid although may not be playing to full capability due to his ongoing recovery from leukaemia.

since steve lewis took over coaching a few weeks back, his son ryan who has been playing for norwood ressies last couple of years & 3 others have been playing for yank lately, rumour has it, yank are chasing a former captain to coach the club next year

Yeah i read about that, Ryan Lewis would be a fair player in GSFL being Reserves Magarey Medallist. If its the ex Norwood captain i'm thinking of i'm sure they'd have to offer him a bit to sway him away from what hes currently doing, but who knows he may want a new challenge.

Heard about the signing with Yank, have they played yet? If so any reports?
Any further thoughts or opinions on the talk of McLaren leaving to return to the SFL, this was the talk on the SFL thread a few weeks back.

I certainly would lose any sleep over McLaren going back to the SFL... If that was the case I'm sure the GSFL would be keen to recruit another club to make up the 10. Any ideas which clubs would be approached??

Why do you even need 10 teams, have a bye! I'm sure there would be 189 players who would love a bye every now and then!!!

yeah I agree, ten teams is a great fit. Any less and people will start talking about mixing finals up and all that.
My bet would be that if McLaren left then Aldinga would be asked to join in there place, I reckon we dont let McLaren go until wefind a tenth if that be the case though - stuff McLaren!

No Idea whos playing who but i'll be brave and Tip the Creeks to win, Also the Stathalbyn S.C.s to Lose and Willunga Will Win ALL their games for the Rest of the Year EXCEPT against the Creeks.
About McLaren, Who Cares whether they leave or Not, I'm Sure there would be a Few other Clubs nearby Jumping at the opportunity to Join the BIG League.
