Yank v myponga game i reckon number 20 for myponga blond and goatee he was a total jerk lucky for yank's discipline it didnt tirn into a all in brawl. He went around belting everyone behind play and after disposal. He targeted the smallest youngest Yank players till
Getting Yellow carded in the 3rd quarter the club needs to have a good look
At coaching and recruiting personal.... Normally goes hand in hand... Not good as the GSFL is known for being a clean fair and highest standard of country footy not thugs

this same bloke gave away 100m in Saturdays game. he through a player off the ball to the ground to give away the first and then after some laughter from one of the opposition went up to him and threw him over one of his legs to trip him giving away the second, runner was out there quick to drag him before the umpire could get his red or yellow card out.
cant believe if this guy is continually doing dumb things why pongy don't do something about it.

sets a great example for there senior colts, more to come on this issue. shame on some people.....
premierships is what it is all about

BUT he kicked a goal !!! Is Sampson really a coach ? I don't know anything about him , seems a shame that they picked up a 17's flag a couple of years back and have not develop from there.

Blowing my own trumpet , BUT had that a few years back in the Hills and those lads are still playing and playing finals .

Pongy SHOULD be the biggest and best performing Club given the area they draw from.

WHATS wrong ?

Bravo to the umpires for cracking down on stuff like that.
Have seen too many so called 'water boys' over the years doing too many other things other than what they should be doing which is simply running water and not abusing players/umpires, coaching and standing in areas they shouldn't be.

Wish we had the population of pongy!!! Its about 300 people and 3000 cows. That means that about 50% of the population needs to suit up on saturday. I know they have sellicks but that would be shared with yank, Willunga and aldinga. In the hunt in the a's still and genuine chances in both colts grades. And as for the offender, we all have a peanut or 3 floating around. Some of us a just lucky to have more than others. Keeps you busy during the week

I heard that on the weekend Mcgregor from creeks had 3 of his 5 goals shared around his team mates and not given any votes in a direct ploy not to get selected for the gsfl v sfl game I wonder if any other coaches do the same to protect there players?

He actually didn't say anything to the umpire. He said something very innoffensive to his own player and the umpire thought he would make an example of him. Pretty ordinary actually. Was the last five minutes of the game and all he said was 'don't worry mate he hasn't got much right today' after a free kick was awarded. I think some umpires are getting a bit precious and should be more concerned in just umpiring the game. Not knocking them because their job is unthankful most of the time.

What area? We did win a senior colts flag a few years ago - that doesn't translate in to A grade finals over night. I would have thought that we're much more competitive this year - Sambo is doing a good job. Hopefully we'll have the likes of TC, Challen, Wenham, Clarke and a couple of Hutchinsons back next game which will help get us over the line in the close games we've been losing.

Callum Wilson for us. Any idea on the under 21's? We had Brock Knott who was super keen but missed out. From what I hear was not ever going to make it which was a bit if a waste of time. Having a cracking season in the ruck as an 18 year old. Hopefully he keeps on going
