yes well done barossa on not clearing kellett to willaston
maybe the ex willaston president will now have to eat his words from last year
kellett may head to virginia, which would suit his style

A few outs for the bombers

Jay Johnson to Eudunda
Damian Maynard to Old Ignatious

on top of Ricky Oloughlin to Virginia.

Damien Maynard is a quality player - may hurt the Bomber across half back

Hafey

Why dont you stand up for what you believe in and met Ocker, say at half time, maybe at the flag pole
to the left of the clubrooms, the flag pole with the two flags flying that he won.

So has Kapunda been able to cover these losses with their inclusions? One would think not...

Freeling v Kapunda
Centrals v South
Willaston v Barossa
Tanunda V Nuriootpa

Sorry Ango. maybe you can play next year.

I think with the history of Ivan Silvy, Ocker, Darren Rayner, Corey Roberts and the current issue of David Kellett for what I hear the two clubs are building a strong dislike for each other.

Freeling V Riverton at Riverton
Eastern Park V Barossa at Lyndoch,

Eastern Park v Barossa sounds like it would be pretty good to watch. What time will it all get started?

The time is not in the local paper, but i guess 2.00

Cheers for that Bradman. Looking forward to it. Got a mate's wedding up there late saturday arvo and i'm staying up there friday night so it will give me something to do during the day. I assume the b grade will be starting around 12pm?

From HillsFL site:
You Nairne guys better keep a really tight leash on your players on the weekend. After hosting Angaston on Saturday they tried to poach two players from Birdwood's A grade in their clubrooms after the game!!

W@nker Simon Johnson then tried saying, that's what we do at trial games!!

Needless to say, Angaston and Simon Johnson will never be invited back to the Birdwood football club again.

Is this guy serios??/ is this Johnson the ex Birdwood coach??
he must be an intresting character!!!

Yep, he's the previous Birdwood coach and he was still friends with the Vice Pres who was also the A grade Asst coach for Birdwood hence why the trial was organised.

Johno's asst coach is an ex-Birdwood colts coach and is not happy with the actions by the Angaston coach. Could be a bit of a falling out over this.

Brad Man, i am sure winning 2 flags at Barossa Districts was the pinacle of his long and illustrious career and he is still pinching himself everytime he glances up to the flag pole to the left of the clubrooms .

I have to give credit where credit is due and the blueprint that ocker used to manufacture these two premierships even had the scientists at NASA baffled when trying unravel his run it wide in defense and channel it into the corridor for his big guns up forward game plan .

The town of Williamstown will still be cheering his praises in 100 years over a few beers and reminiscing of the dynasty he created , the man is now etched into football folk law and has become a outstanding ambassador for the greatest game on earth .

Steve Oconnor you are a credit to yourself , your family and the football fraternity .

Texas

I am not really in the loop, But what i do know is that the club will refuse the clearence and it may end up going to a hearing, The recent history of players moving from these to clubs Willaston and Barossa has cause alot of angry on both sides. The interesting thing is that the hearing for Matt Cragg-Sapford was refused earlier in the week, If i was a betting man I would suggest David will not get to wear the Donnies colours. A post from 151 suggested David maybe Virginia Bound.

Tell me how did you find out that a second clearence was going to be lodged.

Any further news on this, One would think if they are to play at Ango. They would need to sign today to play in round 1, If they left Birdwood i think Birdwood would make them wait the full 14 days
