I think Ben C is trying to say that if TW made the GF.....they would probably come up against the Pies or Watchmen...and would lack GF experience and thus lose.

Such an interesting season. A pity we cant be in amongst it too :(

pies maybe..watchmen highly unlikely..very highly

Unfortunately I heard on the weekend that Samuel Jericho has played his last game for the season. :(

:ympray: its not true. He is very good player to watch as a spectator.

Even against Virgina i reckon Francis. not saying Virginia are GF specialist, just believe Two Wells dont have the integrity to go all the way.

Your prayers have been answered Pink, he's got one more game against Balak, then back to play finals if a miracle happens and we get our act together.

Would have to be

Lee Allmond
Anthony Johnstone
Mallala boys might flog too many votes off each other. (Whitty, Hardie, Montgomerie, Earl etc)
Some folks are wise and some are otherwise.

My tip for medal at this stage would have been Lee Allmond but I think he's wearing his socks down this year so he's not as noticeable!

To answer MM's question: Last time United missed the finals was 2003 from memory. They also missed in 2001. Interestingly both years Travis Opitz had a year off.
Either side of that United:
1993 2nd
1994 2nd
1995 1st
1996 2nd
1997 3rd
1998 2nd
1999 2nd
2000 2nd
2001 -
2002 1st
2003 -
2004 3rd
2005 4th
2006 4th
2007 2nd
2008 3rd
2009 ? .... may still play a part yet (currently 4th)!
There is only one REAL FOOTY! The way it moves through the air - Mmmmm smell that leather smell and hear that leather on leather sound - Go the mighty Sherrin!

No surprise DW - I doubt it will go away while Morgan struggling - the league must be in serious trouble now (again, still).
