Rhys reminds me of a young glen jakovich just with messy hair! ;)

Morris not a good match up for Rhys. Too much agility.

I'd be spending that 20k on mental therapy. If you can afford a $1.5 Million house and you buy one in Maccy you can't be all there.

Word is that Corey Smelt wants back in at Kangy...

The only catch is he wants his playboy bunny ;)

Smelty will add some speed to their dwindling midfield.

By the way, does anyone know who the new bloke is coming of half-back for the double blue? the one with the fat arse... number 3 i reckon?

Could be a bit difficult considering Rhys is still a Birdwood player!! ;)

Rooster change your status avatar! 'Divvy 1 here we come' is over mate, change it to 'Tried div 1, found out we were poo, so here we go, back to Div 2'

Bingos is a 'Much Improved' footballer Rooster. Now a dual premiership player and even caught the attention of the Wallaroo FC last season.

Lot of rivalry between the 2 clubs but was thinking of the blokes who had played at both? Andy Dekievet, Ian Duckworth, Lachy Barrett, Rhys Parasiers and the great Mark Edwards come to mind. Any others?

Pretty easy to sit back and rubbish them for havin a crack at the big time Cougar, you has-been. ;
Rooster has an eye on the future, Birdwood will throw their hat in the divvy 1 ring again if they create the opportunity.

Mish and Morris are both excellent players. Although Mish is very clever, Morris gets the nod from me as he is more dynamic.

Ryan Moyle, 'The Great' James Edwards, Brett McKechnie, Craig Hentschke, Darryl Bischoff and a pair of B graders from last year are a few 'Broosters' that spring to mind....[/quote]

I thought of a few more 'Broosters' for you McGov how about Steve Barter, Craig Buckley and Jack Becher

Kersbrook if it's wet (which I think it will be on sat) but if it's dry I think birdwood has too much overhead marking power and should win. Should be a cracker game either way.

Have to agree with you JB. If it's dry birdwood will have far too much class for the brookers. Kersbrooks best chance is to try and keep the game in close and don't allow the roosters their usual run and space.

Birdword will win if they can keep control/disipline of their players.
They may loose the fights, but if they can stay focused they should win.
Having said that ......Could Taylor and Holmes try to take over?..........
If so Kersbrook will smack it!

Not sure if Birdwood would have too much class for the likes of the James bros, Carslake, Gardiner, Nicholson, Farugia, Bingos, Hughes etc these guys are quality players and i think will get the job done by about 5 goal. If Birdwood can expose Kersbrook i think it will be the backline that could lack a little bit of leg speed for the Brookers.

All was in control with Mad Dog and Johnny Holmes at the helm.
Only problem was they were joined at the hips.
