Some interesting information there, FW81, if the info re the Imps boys turns out to be true, they will come back to the field somewhat. I would imagine Fitzgerald would leave too if the other EP boys did?

Doubt Fitzgerald will be at Imps even if the EP boys do stay, the club has hit a bit of a worrying time at the moment, Fitzgerald came to Imperials because he just wanted to play and have more fun with his mates, turns out that Shane Collins is going to be very strick and hard trainings so we might see Imps either become a stand out team next season if Girdy, Burger, Kennys, Wait, Tylor if they stay an work hard this might work out for Shane Collins but i would nor be suprised to see Tony Fielke coaching again at Imps within 3 years.
Does anyone know how many points each club gets in 2011

How do the EP boys get along with Garrett? If he's off to Mypo, & they're looking for a new club, might take them with.

I must admit though, I find it hard to believe Garrett would leave Imps

He wants a Senior Coaching role that is the reason he became Tonys assistant this season hoping he could take over after Tony but looks like the club wants something else,

Mypo apparently have offered him the Senior Role. so i guess its in Damiens hands but if he goes i doubt the EP boys would go with him, they dont get along heaps well.

mail man wrote:Yeh Goldberg well done! I do believe i posted about Ladhams weeks ago but you can take my mail if you like. However Jervois did have second thoughts over Ladhams and called a crisis meeting about there appointment. They got info that Ladhams brother cant play! just talk. and heard stories from Kaniva. Really they should have done there homework before the appointment not after. Onto Imperials now. Fielke did Coach two flags but should have won more with the teams he had . I know i am repeating myself but with the money Imps spent they should have more. people keep saying that there highest paid player was 500 a game, but they were paying quiet a lot of players hundreds a game. I can tell you that the highest paid player at the Bluds when they won four flags was 350 a game. so buy that theory Fielke failed . Not hard to finish top four in seven team comp when your team is located in the biggest town in the comp. sponsors players etc. Good luck to Fielke but maybe his next job he wont get as much of an armchair ride!

Ladhams Jnr will more than hold in this league i reckon, consistantly in the best for Nhill last year. Chris Lads been busy on the phone already, couple more recruits close to signing.

Thanks footywiz, would be good to see a running list like this updated as things are confirmed/ruled out.

All I can contribute is Tailem Bend – nothing to confirm, but reportedly in the hot seat to secure the services of the Mt Lofty boys, as discussed on the Hills thread, but we will see how that plays out.

Also, the club had a meeting to secure and inform local players of the direction the club is heading. This so called crisis meeting, as it is referred to above, was to let the locals know the club is looking to improve and to ask for patience and to ask the players to stand by the club. That’s my understanding. I'm not sure how it went down, but hopefully it was affective.

These posts have been funny as...
Mail Man, as always you have delivered but going by your posts you must have played AFL, won a Brownlow, a premiership or just a massive ego  . You also seem to be involved with Jervois but are not happy with a few things going on at the moment (im still trying to work out who you are...). Ladhams, Coulter & White can play so they'll be better off on the park in 2011. Off field, only time will tell if Ladhams is the right choice. Surely the good people at Jervois have done there homework & wont have the same problem in 2011 as they did this year.

Footywiz great reading but I can tell you if Garrett coached at senior level & not at imps there would be some EP boys go with him (ie Girdham,B Kenny & Harrowfield) and I know the great Leo Sayers would play with him. But our club has tried to get him but he is a true double blue man.
