I couldnt come to terms with it..... playing with girls ...... 50/50 ball and youd have to look around too see what sex the oncoming player was to know wether to go in or not..... although that happens a bit on a normal Saturday during winter too!!!!!!!
Tips.... the standard and opposition would suit you!!!!!! need someone to be up there with HS...

All betting has been suspended due to the amount of support for the Charlton Charges.... I will have to leave town if they take out the flag.....as I will owe thousands to all those Charlton punters....

I couldnt handle it if Charlton won either.

Waybacks are the richest club without a doubt, the payment of there players is testimate to that. 16 pokies, 8 sold at $40, 000 ea, you do the sums. It buys premierships, well 1 anyway!

Tiger07 am glad things at Tigerland are going so well. If the crew at Bostons think signing a few big name recruits is all thats needed though I am worried. We need to focus more time on our juniors if the club wants to push forward and ensure its future. Good junior coaches and ridding the club of a few "bad eggs" around the place would be a good start and a positive move for the future. I would rather see the club pay good quality junior coaches than squander money on big name recruits that will hang around until the money runs out and disappear again. There is no doubt we need more senior players, everyone is aware of that, but if you don't have that crop of young kids coming through theres no point in recruiting anyone. Waybacks and Charlton cricket clubs have proven that juniors are the way to go as has Marble Range Footy club and North Shields Baseball Club. All the successes these clubs have had have been built around having good juniors over a long peroid, not just for one or two seasons. I hope the Recuiting commitee at tigerland remembers this as it searches for players in 2007.

Grub I'd like $20 on bystander to ride that horse first. If Charlton win on Sunday its a certainty.
WAD, Is Scoob suiting up this week. If he's not, I'll have $10 on Toddies as well.

That's him mickey. He won the Aboriginal Cricketer of the year award a couple of years ago too! This year he's helping Mallee Pk CC off the field, & still playing for us as he, & we all know, he's not a B grader. To make that decision off his own back is a credit to him.

My Guess is 37-38. As far as not showing goes i know exactly what you mean. Last season i was all go to play Souths at Poole oval in B's, then at 12:05 i get the call, "Viv's not coming, get here now." No worries i say, but then, oh shit, hang on, the A's are playing at Wangary, (30 mins away). Needless to say i went like a shower of shit, and was doing up my shoe laces while Ash gave his speech. Very funny in hindsight tho.
