Apart from the import rules what grounds and rights do clubs have not to clear a player to another club in the same league. if they havn't paid subs or something fair enough. If its just because its the opposition I'm not sure if that would stand up at the tribunal. Correct me if I am worng.

Slapsy I think you will find when a player is contracted to a club they have every right not to clear them to another team in the comp. They have to clear any player to a different league though. I have to say though i have to agree with the rule to a degree because i think you would find alot of players would go to the clubs that have all the money. It does keep the country comps alot closer..

They claim they are a required player, and that holds up...

There are current players who have been cleared to rival clubs but silly enough are banned from playing against the club that cleared them, for a period of 2 years normally!!!

Its ridiculous, even if you play in another league, then come back to the BLG, you need clearance from your previous BLG club...

By contracted i assume you mean getting paid. Surely though guys are not signed for more than one year. Maybe things are different in your neck of the woods but guys down my way only sign for one year at a time. At end of season, thats it - they can go where they like.

What makes you think those clubs might be interested? Wouldn't touch them with a 40ft barge pole.

Which BL&G club has thrown the whole f'n kitchen (sink included) at a young Centrals player but failed miserably?

Why did they fail miserabley Ace? Because GX threw the kitchen, laundry and bathroom sink at him, as well as a f****** bathtub?

I seem to remember a previous post from you Shrek, so here it comes back at ya!

I'm not sooking. I'm don't even know what your last post means. Please make some sense if you want people to talk to you.

Think about it Shrek or is all the exercise blowing your mind, squats, jerks, bends, sprints and then do it all again.

Go back to a post you made about people 'sooking' and you'll understand what I mean, your supposed to be the smart one on this sight or so you continue to tell people. :o :(

I didn't study abnormal psychology, so it's not helping me decipher your posts. Houses foreclosing makes no sense. As far as sooking goes I can't see where I've done so. Just pointed out that GawlerSouth "failed miserabley' in your words by not having as much money as Gepps.

You inferred that Gawler South were inadequate in some way because they couldn't lure a player despite offering a huge amount. Now we find out that this was not the case, just that GX offerred more money. I thought this was funny. Not sure how that is sooking.

Sorry if that isn't smart enough for you Captain.

Give it up you two..

I'll say it again... I didn't realise Gepps was moving to the Barossa League :? Get it?

Hafey gets a permanent trip to neverland, yet these baffons are allowed to continue their pointless and most time uneducated insults.

Hafey said some stupid things, but at least he was entertaining.

Aaron Bevis has signed with Mintaro Manoora in the north eastern football league... South Gawler will be back to square one with this departure... Probably the biggest off season news to date from my perpsective...
Tim Clarke was the #1 player in the AFL

Brad Currie is playing out there? Would be a nice one to back to his junior club.

I think you will find that this departure has alot to do with the coach getting the gig next season again. I couldn't see Andrew going around again with out his brother. Not good to see another quality player leave the BLG. MASSIVE LOSS FOR SOUTH!!!
