A tough deal?
Or is Paringa taking a stance that football officials would be very happy with?

Will they be able to clean up the swearing throughout the club, or has Ditts been saddled with a convenient excuse?
My original post wasn't to suggest that the only reason Ditts lost the job was swearing, it was one of the suggestions made to me.

I do know where you are coming from. I just think a lot of other clubs have the same problem
Maybe with Paringa a stand other clubs should do the same

Very tough year ahead for Paringa methinks.

How is trying to get 3-6 ageing blokes that are indeed club legends, but albeit tired ones, going to take the club in a new direction? Its a step backwards IMO

Again I can't see this "new direction" being a hell of a lot of different from the Terry Bound appointment.
3 suitable candidates applied that year apparently, including Ditmar, and the club went with a winless coach. Go figure?

Then last year Westley applies but the job is given to Ditmar.

Now they replaced a winning coach, going somewhere with the squad he had, with an un-tried 23-year old and this is the best decision for the club?

I think it has a lot more to do with that hotel than the average punter knows.
My money is on Ditmar leaving that pub before the start of next footy season, and some people got wind of it and thought....well you do the math.

Ditmar didn't have control of the pub the year he applied and he was denied, then he aqcuires the hotel and is coach the next year. Over half that committee drinks at the pub.

I love a good conspiracy theory :D
I'm not Schizophrenic and neither am I

DW is right.
It wasn't the only problem, but in fairness to Ditty I won't reveal them.

He didn't look like much of a machine on Sunday night at Kevin Bloody Wilson. I saw him exit three times for spew breaks. Rumour has it he is suing Wentworth Club for the sum of $48, which will cover his lunch, now found in the Chaffey Theatre septic tank, and his entry fee to Kevin's show.

Back to the points thing from a while ago, what about if Independent players under 21 were no points, allowing them to have a crack at a higher level without hindrance if they wish too.

Also, I know I'm rehashing, but people who live and work here for a year and stay on the following year should become locals.

I have from good authority that it won't be up for discussion at the AGM this year as it has not been included in the Annual report.

From reading the report today it seems the RFL clubs don't have a problem with it as no one took the time to have it put on the agenda.

Is it true that he needed a shit while he was spewing in the Chaffey Theatre toilets and he had to do a quick u-turn to make sure he didn't crap in his pants?

Why don't we we just leave the guy alone.
I have spoken to ditty.
He is upset about not getting the coaching again.
Why he didn't get it again is only his and paringa's business.
All clubs have to right to chose who they want as coach and not explain their action to anyone.
They dont have to explain to the person that missed out out why they didn't get the coaching job

Does Ramco have a coach for next year yet?

Have heard several rumours about Moorook coach.

East Murray is unknown as always. I'm assuming Boughen's going around again though?

It would seem strange to not explain to the last coach why they missed out!!! Surely that would be part of the end of year assesment with the coach and he would know the concerns of the commitee. Assuming the commitee is honest!! Isnt a club a business and the best clubs operate as such. Do you sack an employee (or not continue a contract) with no reason or go through a process??

Amused, Paringa is a football club.
And just like all football clubs, they do things differently.
Football clubs operate in different worlds.

Both Stelzers have signed with Renmark for next year. Couple of handy inclusions. Can play footy.
