I know for a fact that he was born in 1977, I think he's not yet 32. But obviously will be this year! And he's playing with Willo at Roopena this season, not sure if we've covered that! And he's still with Kellie. Anything else??!! :D

What colour jocks does he like to wear?

Varied. 7 days in Rio I believe! :)

He always struck me as a Rio kind of bloke, much like myself. I must say that the Bonds Hipsters are quite comfy on occassion.

Yep.

Never use to have the mercy rule when i was in Junior Colts (1985)
One day at Mundoora/Wookona we kicked 32.32 to no score.
Ronny Cameron, Chris Webb & I kicked 8 goals each.

They eventually merged with Pt. Broughton & went to Northern Areas
from the Adelaide Plains.

Dont think Mundoora/Wokurna were ever in Adelaide Plains - they played in the now defunct Broughton League prior to the merger with Pt Broughton and moving to Northern Areas. Broughton League had Broughton (yes really) in Black/white, Mundoora (red, blue white), Snowtown (like Nth Melb), Redhill (can't remember), Brinkworth (cant remember), Wanderah (purple & white) and Warnertown (brown & yellow? wombats) - might have missed one.

It had a mercy rule in U17s and U14s, U17s rule has been flicked because it was just utterly ridiculous and anti-development. U14s have had a mercy rule now for probably close to 10 years. Some one will confirm when it it came in.

but only if my statement says "Briefly affiliated with the Adelaide Plains Football League"

Between the Broughton League folding and joining NAFL - they were indeed affiliated with Adelaide Plains FL.

Who would have been in the league then - Virginia, Two Wells, Hamley or Roseworthy were not in? They were all in Gawler Districts. Mallala would have been the Southern end?

Well I have officially become a Virginian Local and am looking forward to following the boys this year. Have had a couple of quiet beers at the Wheatsheaf and the word around town is the Virginia boys might go well this year. Have picked up some handy lads and some boys have been able to commit further. Anyone think they will challenge come finals time?

I would be very suprised if Virginia came close this year. They need to build a better relationship with a new group before they become a contender.

That's the big question isn't it? Virginia have certainly picked up lots of new names, only one I know that can play is Gerardis, so I guess they are still an unknown at this stage.

As i've said before, they'll only be able to field Seven Imports in their Starting side, so on top of the imports from last year, i suggest the B-Grade is in good shape! and Bar takings will also get a whack!

Longies dropped some big names, still losing some, may find things a bit rugged!
Sorry people I only deal in facts!
