Yeah, what is this, the DW reminiscent thread?

Chatting to Barmera youngster Corey Seimers on Saturday. Reckons Cotter is gone from the Roos, while they're working on securing Fraser, who was really good for them this year.

Yeah, can play cricket too.

He's gonna hang around Barmera this coming season with the age group change at Westies which is good for the club.

Great appointment of Rodney Hankin to Berri Footy Club as Development Officer. Has a great rapport with people and I can only see this as a huge positive for the club. His attitude and committment to football will only spread throughout the club and i personally look forward to him being involved this year and hopefully many more years to come.
So you've seen everything have you?

You would have got it if you didn't win the Tom Leverenz Soft Cock Award on the footy trip.

SANFL have given the go ahead for Ramco to join indy comp aslong as they change their colours.

i know of one indy player who will be leaving their current club to play at ramco in 09. interesting times for a competition that im sure a lot of people think should fold to get players into RFL

so that means no more byes which is a good thing... do you think Ramco would be competitive, i remember playing a trial against them about 7 years ago which was a great game... also makes a fair trip in the indys now... paringa to east murray is far enough... so now there's 4x almost 200Km round trips for some teams...
I am not talking to you for 3 minutes because you punched me in the head and it hurt and that was not okay for you to do

Don't know about a large base to choose from.
The story has it last year the Ramco B Grade forfeited most of their games and when they did play they played heaps of their Under 16 players who incednetly often also then played in there A Grade. Yes three games in one day. It will be an interesting season. Great for the Indy competition.

hear the RFL are programming an RFL b grade vs independent game to compliment Nth vs Sth of the river match for centenary. Not sure what you blokes think but, as entertaining as that match might be I dont see what it will acheive (apart from bums on seats) - surely a Nth vs Sth indy game or something might be better.
The combined RFL B grade side would look like an A grade team.

I agree Reflex. The B graders will belt the Independent team.
A north v south Indy match would have been better.
Gives more Independent players a chance to play on the day too.

I think the B Grade will be good to see, because then Animal will have another team to barrack for and he can make a big banner behind the goals saying "Go B Grade". I reckon Reno is back that weekend too, so he can rip that one up as well.
