???

Reece Francis (GUN) must be due to don the red and white shortly. If the reports are right then it will be rooster time.
I tend to agree with steakn that we are a fair bit behind TFC at this moment, and some key injuries of late will not assist.
Moore hopefully here by end of July but this keeps getting pushed back. Will be definately short of a run when (if) he gets here, so no quick fix there.
Given the closeness of the final score on the weekend, and the players TFC had out and lost on the day, they will not fear the peckers any more. Speaking to a few TFC players yesterday, there is a feeling of destiny.

They have the team to win it, but the brittle outer shell can be cracked as we saw on Saturday and there is doubt about whats inside

Can't underestimate the loss that Davo (Brad Davidson) will be to Waybacks. He is so unobtrusive that I would guess most opposition supporters wouldn't even know who he is, but he has been a crucial part of the team since 2008. IMHO he was our in our top 2 best players in the Prelim and GF in the premiership year of 2008. He shut down Harry Miller 2 weeks ago, and Harry's dominance at Mortlock a week later showed what a great role Davo played. Apparently he has broken both bones in his leg & maybe a dislocated ankle. The tough little nut didn't appear to be in much discomfort after he was stretchered off so I assumed at the time his injury wasn't too serious. It turns out the fact he wasn't making any fuss was because he must have incredible pain tolerance. Have seen players go down in a screaming heap with much lesser injuries.
Best wishes for a quick recovery mate.

I have heard of him. Not exactly a stand out player but rated highly at his club.

Not sure?

What reason would the PLFL be sending letters to the Whyalla, and the Woomera and Districts Football Leagues?

I sniff an 8 team competition...

Mallee Park 40+
Tasmans 40+
Waybacks 1-39

Receiving a 2 game suspension for saying to a goal umpire "How about you do your f***n job and I will do mine", is a bit harsh.

I hope the United FC don't become the next Marion FC!!!

Its a clever tactic by us to reduce his points! He is currently worth 4 points, clear him to Mallee Park, plays one game and comes back he is worth 3 points to us, coming from your league and not the AFL!

You might be even cleverer than you gave yourself credit for. Now United FC have 4 extra points to play with!

Not quite! ;)
If you don't like it, change it. If you don't want to change it, it can't be that bad!
