I cant confirm those T93-94, but I would suggest it was the following... From S North...

Shane Slater (local)
Kym Vivian (local)
Ty Pottacary (local) (not sure on that spelling by the way)
1 more to fill an import spot.

Thats what I would THINK but cant confirm...

That would still leave them with one import spot also!! They could be serious contenders this year!

There is no way he would play for GC, if he returned to the BLG it would be with SG

Apparently GC's have nabbed a 6ft5" plus player in the local area signed, so with Howard, their ruck stocks look fine...

But as I said, this goes for Halliday also, I cant confirm any reports unfortunately!

LC Ben Halliday is retired, that generally means you stop playing, obviously your source has no idea what he/she is talking about. If Ben Halliday decided to keep playing in the same fashion as Paul Salmon once did he would not go to a club that has more ego's than an episode of "Make Me a Supermodel". He would play at South and getting a clearance to GC would be literally impossible anyway. So please, lets just cut that little rumour short.

Back Pocket, why do you think they wouldn't clear him ?????
I seem to remember GS clearing another ruckman just last year to a opposition club !!!!!
Guess it depends how much money changes hands between the clubs

Ben 'Walrus' Halliday hates the very ground the Gawler Central Tigers walk on... so much so that he precludes his canine from stepping foot on the 'dog track'...

Any form of comeback would be at his old stomping ground, Eldred Riggs Reserve. No amount of money could engender South to 'allow' him to play for GC.

Cragg-Sappsford was never really entrenched at the den, and accordingly there was no emotional tie there.
Tim Clarke was the #1 player in the AFL

Back Pocket, if you read that correctly, it was not me who mentioned Halliday playing at Gawler Centrals!!

I merely stated that I could neither confirm nor deny the rumour previously stated!
The reason I mentioned Halliday was because I HAD been informed they were already dealing with another ruckman to work with Howard, and that Halliday would not be needed at the Dog-track.

Perhaps i didnt write it clearly enough... You'll have to ask T93-94 about Halliday ...

Hey Terminator,
being a bit unfair on Hadden. You cant judge a coach on B grade results/ You have very little control over anything, depth, the size of your town, injuries to A grade players, and you never have a settled side to work with. Hardest job in the club .I'm not saying he's going to be a fantastic A Grade coach, but lets see how the goes with the cream of the crop who are generally dedicated, and with a few dollars to entice some talent

Maybe stay at willaston
The money they offered, one would think so, unless another country club has a crack
or clubs like geppsx or sals nth, they would be the only ones that could afford them

What are we talking??

Surely they must be selling themselves as a package...

S Baker CAN be a good player, but Les is a handy Forward Pocket as best... Both have temper issues from the games Ive seen...

They couldnt be demanding that much could they..
