Vice Presidents have run a great night last night
Nice Meal, a few drinks .....and of course the optic nerve had a fair workout.
Woke up this morning and the eyes ached from ogling.

Well done

Didn't see you there KK
Did the Good Wife hold you back for her pleasure!!

Sorry mate did not know it was on. The same as the golf day the other week as well. I don't seem to hear alot about the vice-presidents social functions, do they advertise them much around the place cause i never hear of them.!! :(
I wish the wife would hold me back for her pleasure   !![/quot

hey KK, Would you like to join the VP's? That way you get invited to all the good functions. The club itself dont seem to have too many so lucky we have the VP's

So that is the only way you can get a ticket to these gigs is to become a member, well that sucks!
Im sure they would make a fair bit more cash if they opened it up to the footy club aswell, or are we not allowed to be involved in these secret affairs. So what comraderey do you guys have with the footy club?

KK pull your head in son! You dont need to be a member to get a gig, its just an opportunity to become a VP and enjoy some of the shows that are arranged. Usually the shows are advertised by word of mouth. Its not as if we can put posters up down at the club during the off season cos no-one goes there. But you're right, we should be able to do some other typer of advertising. The golf day and the Melb Cup eve were really good shows and the money raised will go towards the club.
If you would like to join the VP's let me know :partyman:

You use it regularly.

Shoe Boy,

I have heard that all in the past as well... the VP's pick the team, say this, say that, blah, blah, blah... well they don't.... they are there to help the club out as previously stated before with fundraising etc. You hear 'rumours' about different clubs all the time. I can tell you that that particualr 'rumour' is not true, they don't go anywhere near the selection table.

O:)

Found this one of last year when our junior colts played at AAMI stadium, they were the 'curtain raiser' for Port Power V Essendon.

Was a great experience for the boys.

I'm not sure about that one TY...

Perhaps a good prospect in a year or so..
Probably has a tiny bit more filling out to do...lol.
Although who knows what will happen over summer, could even grow more !!

Was once told by a doctor that boys keep growing until the age of 18, some until they are 20.

What have your clowns done in the last decade Yetti?
All your supporters sit there with their faded 98 premiership tea shirts on sipping chardonnay and whining about the umpires not to mention the frantic clapping everytime the crow boys manage to run the ball over the boundary line.

Its not the VP's that pick the side SB. its the backroom committee who pick the side and if the coach doesnt play who the committee want then he gets sacked

With My first look at the photo I thought it was Mitch Portlock trying to take a hanger.
Looking very much unco-ordinated and with the large shorts preventing him from getting off the ground I just laughed
Soory Mitch.
