Heard about a ruckman called Lutze, and Bayliss an onballer, any others, a forward first name Anton can't remember his last name sorry, lost rimmer and prokerpeck.

That fwd wouldn't be Anton Geradis originally fron Gaza, played for Ardrossan in 2007?

Think Aaron Bayliss signed there, not sure about the other two.

You wouldn't have thought Atkinson was a massive loss for the Lions - saw him a couple times and it was less that inspiring...

I have also heard Nuriootpa have been sniffing around Cragg-Sappsford and Quentin Graham... can anyone shed some light?

A bit of news on an ex gawler central ruckman suiting up with North in the SANFL

• Michael Burford arrives back at the Club in February after a four year absence, where in that time he played in the WAFL and for his home country side. Work has been “Burfs” main issue with not resuming his SANFL career with NAFC, but he and the Club is confident that that can be overcome. Darryl Wintle always tells me that Burf is one of the best Tap Ruckman he has seen, which is a fair statement by one of the SANFL’s best players.

posted on the APFL site.............interesting reading

Early talk at this point has suggested Ricky o'loughlin from Ports/ Kapunda and Brenton Bascombe from Angaston will be donning the Green guernseys (Virginia) this year, both will be looking to pay their mortgage with what they will get from the rams.

Another pickup is SANFL premiership player Quentin Graham who looks set to join the tigers out at long plains, again set to bring his wheelbarrow to help carry his cash.

And Hamley will struggle to cover the loss of Craig "Diddles" Harvey who will join his former club once again.

I read in the Hearld today that Matt Cragg Sapford has signed with Nuri for season 2008, He will need a clearence from South Gawler, Good Luck, Surely South wouldn't clear a six foot five ruckman, to a rival club when the rules state they don't have to............ we could hear more on this one.

Any one have any news on Freeling. all very quite......Hmmmmmmmmm

Freeling has been very quiet indeed... Have secured Lamond's brother from the Plains league... not sure whether the Leal boys are sticking around...

Cragg-Sappsford will probably not get an opportunity to wear the golden sash this year... south will never clear him. Apparently he is only playing for half of the year in any event...

Just a mate call me say he has heard that Freeling have lost

Frewen Overseas
Riddle to the NT for work
B Leal Qld for work
Fowden retired
and Roberts looking elsewere

If it true big losses, but he heard it at a pub in Gawler last night, so.

and fair enough for South don't need to clear him, so if someone out there is looking for a ruckman give Matt Cragg Sapford because I can't see him playing for Nuri.
