H.B.F.C- J. Eastwood. Played couple A grade games last season and oozed potential, was still an U17 then but now is senior.

is schanhinger still around?

Yes and training respectfully. Probably the fittest out there at this stage.

A number of good prospects coming from the Roosters' Colts this season into Senior footy - Khan Leighton, Pete Seccafien, Steve Devine, Luke Saunders and Lachlin Franklin. From what I have seen over the past few seasons I would think all would play plenty of A grade, Leighton looks to be the pick of them but all more than capable players.

Roosters always have young good players, do you have any senior depth this year besides Wise and Allmond?

Most players would be younger than Wise and Allmond I would think - I reckon Sansbury is around the 29 year old mark I reckon. A couple of others a year or 2 older as well but thats all.

Would have to be the best full forward line in the competition if Schahinger was to play up forward, with Barry Burgess crumbing under his feet.
Would also be good to see Schahinger round his game out and learn his craft from the genius.

Duke. You love talking about your old team mate Billy Burgess, so go start a forum just for that. Its been done to death here.

Justin Schahinger and Jed Eastwood are the standouts for sure amongst the juniors.

Mallala juniors coming through:
Johnno Wildbore: a new man this year, training very well and looking fit.
James Barr: will be servieable in the A's
Angus Bruggeman: will hopefully make his mark in town with Eagles U18's. He's the youngest and biggest at training by a mile for Mallala, and looks the goods but doubt we'll see much of him.

ladder prediction based on the last few weeks' recruiting.

1. Hummocks should ROMP it in with their signings, anything less would be a waste
2. United will be around the mark again, and will finally step up after recruiting several key guns. Sam Mc the difference.
3. Virginia... what can i say...ordered in new team by the looks.
4. Mallala: all have to improve a lot to keepup with the emerging teams
5. Two Wells: they could certainly surprise
6. Balaklava: will be similar to last year
7. Hamley Bridge: too tired from training since October and playing 3 trial games

Stop talking your sides chances down, we can all see through this apparent "modesty". You know full well you should...and expect...to be a contender in 09

Son of A, nothing wrong with modesty, but truth is that Mallala will need to improve again to ensure they remain a contender, based on the amount of recruiting every other mob has done True?? Thought so!

Whats your prediction???

1. Hummocks = for obvious reasons
2. Mallala = Think will have eventually covered the losses. Very fit hard running style will win games again.
3. Virginia = Takeaway order for Mr. Phillips? One amateur rejects side that will be competitive in the plains?
4. United = Yeah picked up a couple, but also lost a few. Questions about new coach?

5-6-7 Hamley = Not much been said about their recruits/returning players (Green=Ruck, Schahinger = Ruck/Forward, Latimer = Wing?, Macareth= CHB, Pratt = CHB, Prittam=Forward?)
5-6-7 Balak = Hard to predict, lost some tossers, this may help, always a threat due to their size
5-6-7 Two Wells = Equally as hard, good young players around. Not too many recruits. Also lost some tossers.
If I wanted to hear from an A_sehole...I would fart.
