You going to the club tonight Loin Chop?

Why dont we make the South v Tasman game 100 points over or under instead of 40 ?

who's paying for the extra security ?
let me think!!!
speaking of security I see that we will be having security guards at each
game to monitor unauthorised consumption of alchohol.
Is the amount of money lost to such action comparable to the cost of
hiring guards on a Saturday and are they going to monitor crowd control
as well ?

This decision had nothing to do with me Ken Whelan Fan, but I am in your corner. How can we justify paying 6 gaurds to work for a day to keep an eye on a few who drink in the carpark?
What has happened to common sense? I have volounteered to go around and tell people not to drink in the carpark and as the license holder we have every right to do that, but was told 'we will pay for security'.
So when the security bill comes in dont look at me

Does PL footy really need the Tigers, after last years efforts I'd say no. It's a bye anyway, might as well just call the day off and go fishing!![/quote]

Good point kenny.

It should be an honor system. Who really cares if an old pensioner has a quiet beer in his car whist he watches his footy team.
We should be targeting the cars that bring in a couple of cartons to sell to mates etc etc.

I have heard from the league that they are keen to have the under 9's and 11's played at ravendale on a friday night. (although they still want to charge to get in).
A great move forward from the league.
