When was the last time, three games into the season, that a Lincoln Districts club, not being in the Grand Final rematch, played twice at Centenary?

GTS/BKN are a disgrace. In the football tonight after that goal with 4 and a half minutes to go they put on 8 ads instead of 1 after the goal and then they come back on with 2 mins to go.

We missed over 2 and a half minutes of play in the dying stages.

Disgraceful and a reason why I rarely watch the sh1thouse station

It was 12 ads plus a station promo to tell us how good they are.
I'm reading a book about anti-gravity. I can't put it down.

Big win. Did waybacks have many out?

Tasmans would be odds on to win the flag, no wonder the muzzle has been put on the players

I decided to have a look at the centenary game today as watching at ravendale just doesn't appeal to me.
It was a tight game with the tigers getting on top in the last 15 minutes kicking the last four goals of the game. The skills were deplorable for league standard and it is clear that these 2 sides will only be able to beat each other this season (I havent seen MRFC play yet but after seeing both these sides today you would presume they would be better than them).
The game was slow, unskillful and lacked any passion. It was like watching touch football or hockey.
One player to impress was the small nunga lad on the wing for the tigers (number 2), young Tabe did well across halfback and Roderick didnt have a huge day but did some important things at vital stages of the game.
Souths only have 1 key position player (Jerricho) and they try hard but are lacking in a lot of areas, I was surprised Jerricho was put to full back after half time.

Who won at Wangary?

Does anyone know who the 41 year old was who died in a car crash today in Lincoln?

Media Park wrote:Port Lincoln's third or fourth XXII would be sufficient to beat the Great Flinders League team IMO.

The "best side" bar one or two (newer players to town mostly) would be all but a lock, but I don't know if that's the side that would go.

The last two years, our May I/League game has been an Under 25 side.

I'd rather see an Under 25 side again, which would mean a few Mortlock starters wouldn't get a gig, but we'd get a good look at a couple of younger kids who mightn't be Mortlock starters just yet- i.e. Traeger, Rawson, Quade Ware, but if those types go and dominate against Great Flinders, then who knows...???

gee media that is a bit outlandish i would think. lincoln will be very strong no doubt but great flinders will have barring injury everyone to pick from. simon pedler has even put his hand up.
it's was interesting watching us play eyre united yesterday (we won by plenty) and how some of the high priced recruits went. joey b was outstanding and his body language and work rate was something was to be commended. dylan dunn however (who has played for lincoln) was not good. he played on a wing againest fellow lincoln recruit for us in 18 year old josh nisbit (his first a grade game) and the little fellow gave dunn a bath. he went in and got the footy and dunn stay out the back waiting and waiting.
i know lincoln is of a better standard because of depth but players will get a shock if they think they can come up here and get easy balls.
bring on sat and maybe we should meet at the bar, hopefully seeding will be done.

Has anyone read the write up for north and west on page 62 of sports in Sunday mail. Doesn't sound very promising for leagues in the upper EP ( mid west, eastern eyre and far west ) maybe it's time something needs to be done
