Wow - I'm guessing everyone was aware that it wasn't actually a Crows guernsey...

Did the big fella who caused a ruckus at Barmera on Saturday turn up?

Didn't see him.
More importantly didn't hear him so I don't think so.

Lachlan Middleton's acceptance speech for best first year player.

The Barmera boys were in a pretty good state as well.

Yep Lachie was brilliant.
Neale Daniher's bit about Lachie was good too.
Pity the rest of his speech was a dud.

That's a bit rough. He wouldn't accept a beer either, the great man. His speech was not bad, didn't answer my question about how he would beat Geelong this year.
Probably because he doesn't know how.

He was very vague with his answers.
Can't say I enjoyed it that much.
John Platten the previous week was much better.

The night probably went for as long if not longer than previous medal nights, despite splitting them up.
Chicken schnitzel was good though - much better meals this year.

When will poor NM recognise the difference between Rhys and Rice?

On the betting front, Grant Russell put the kiss of death on Matt Barry.
I'll never back anything Rusty has money on in the future.
Did anyone else get on the roving bookie to put a bet on?

Yeah poor ol NM.
Struggles with the names a bit.
Doesn't help when they're not spelt correctly on the presentation.
