Maybe John Jared, he has done some good work lately on Duffield and Sterzl, having said that he was too good last time for Jared, Hirst and myself (kicked 9). The key is the midfield pressure. Some of the delivery he gets is second to none. Have Willunga got any supporters to help him celebrate the big milestone? How many mail votes do you receive for 12 goals?

yeah put johnny jarrad on him, rough him up a bit, you never know he might do a barry hall and get 7 games, ruling him out of getting his 100. but my feeling is he will kick about 12 or more this week get his 100 and willunga will belt the saints by over 200 points. Would love to see the saints play well though and remain above Mclaren vale, really want mclaren to finish last

What is it about Mclaren there seems to be a lot of negative feed back on this forum.

Cuzzy seems to have a lot of hate for them, I can't say I've noticed any other posters bagging Mclaren too much

Cuzzy is a Bay boy and I believe after last weekend with the trouble the Bays encountered at Mclarens their is now a fair bit of hatred between the two sides. From my understanding not too many sides in the league are fans of Mclarens ever since they joined the league!

Well done to Marcus Burdett and MItchy Portlock on their selection in the state country squad for the national championships this weekend.

Saints and Bays the big winners here, their losing margin will be reduced by about 5 goals with these two out.

Not sticking up 4 Mclarens Cuzzy, but it was totally out of character for that 7 footer to do something like that, he is a good bloke as is the bay player involved. Two sides to every story but everyone should move on as it reflects badly on the GSFL

Good call WoW. Theres no need for this to be dragged on.

Exciting few weeks ahead for the comp with the Bays having a tester this weekend and then the big match with Victor next weekend. The Creeks and Strath playing for 2nd spot this week you would think.

Compass will miss the run and carry of Marcus especially on the big Encounter Bay oval. This will severely hinder their chances of taking the points this weekend.

I suggest we wait and see then Shoey. Barrys very quiet about the whole thing when i asked him yesterday so maybe there are hints at a move home where the shrine is. When are they going to rename the place Pilmore Park?

I find this extremely hard to beleive LF, but you are not the only person i have heard this news from! Would be a very handy inclusion into the Saints line-up! Can anyone confirm that 'Alby' is back from work commitments in Sydney?

Damian, i spoke to reliable person who is close to the big man on sunday who said that he is moving back, but i am not sure when or if he would be playing football again. would be good to see him play this weekend as he is probably the only person to kick more goals than hams when standing hams in the backline

jeeze this week has flown, thursday already and ready for my tips.here we go!

Bays Vs Compass - with Burdett out things are looking good early for the bays. A few injuires hit the bays last week against yank so hopefuly these boys can get up. If these players are at training tnite and feeling fit bays will get up by 5+ goals. Every game is crucial for the bays from here and the players are ready to put their bodies on the line.

Yank Vs Myponga - after playing yank last week i noticed they do have not that bad of a side and are getting better each week. I think Yank will get up here @ yank. Yank by 4 + goals. Doyle to kick 5, dont get in his way when he is leading out from full foward, like being hit by a truck. Popey should have kept doyle at Goolwa.

McLaren Vs Victor - This is a hard game to tip for me, i really hate McLarens but also have a rivarly against victor. Victor if lost would make it a bit easier for the bays but i really cant see it happening, Victor to belt McLarens by 40+ points, Mclaren to slide even further last.

Langhorne Creek vs Strath - would be the game of the round i would think. I cannot predict creeks one week they are on the next they are way off. Strath i feel will be to strong but a very close game. Strath by 5points

Saints Vs Willunga - willunga will smash saints here by over 200 points, called it early watch it happen. I dont know this simon Dennis bloke but surely he cant stop the whole team.

Australian Country Football Championships - Game 1

SA - 0.1 5.4 34
WA - 4.4 6.7 43

Best Players - Marcus Burdett, Josh Ramsey, Luke Button, Leigh Kruger, Peter Safralidis and Todd Miles

Goal Kickers - Josh Ramsey 3, Marcus Burdett and Mitch Portlock 1

Good to see the GSFL players getting BOG's and kicking goals for the state. WA early tip to take the title home.
