A Grade: Mville v Karoonda - Mville by 12 points, too much class all over the ground for the pies.!

B Grade: BDT v Mville - BDT by 32 points, with the A grade having the week off BDT should benefit with a couple players sliding through the twos.

Yeah ! Heard the same thing, apparently one of the "local" clubs had a whinge after he played the last minor round game. Made themselves very unpopular amongst several clubs in Westies area as they have now refused to release any country boys. May well come back to bite them in the future.

maybe should check your facts there dewy. The local club your talking about didn't winge about the lad playing. But did enquire as to how a lad on a 2 week suspension in town could play in the country on the second week of the suspension. Which the answer was that westies played the friday night therefore his suspension run out at midnight friday night and by the rules was allowed to play.

should this be allowed? in my opinion NO he shouldnt to me 2 weeks is 2 weeks, but hey by the rules he could've and did play so good on BDT for getting the lad in. And at the end of the day would it of mattered to the end result? NO. he was good but he was'nt the differance between the 2 sides.
