Seriously money doesnt buy loyalty and with real country footy clubs
they rely on volunteer labour from the bar to tidying up to line marking and ground
maintenance and working bees those that flash in and flash out dont contribute
in any way shape or fashion.
what 15yo is worth money and where is his contribution?

If anyone can decipher what Ken has written above, can they translate it into a legible post so other posters on here can respond.

I agree in principal with you Live Footy however with the Marion scenario I believe he left and returned "home" to Mallee Park under the residency clause/rule which I reckon he would be hard pressed to do in this instance because both clubs are in the same league and he obviously lives in Port Lincoln. Will be interesting to see how it pans out........

As KWF said, who is this kid that's getting those dollars?

If BTB is in the know, then it's likely a (now former) Demon...???

Heard this morning that one P Burgoyne will play a couple of games for the Peckers
this year. I understand it is just a promotional gig and not to qualify for finals :)

Anyone read Hooky's article in the Sunday Mail about all the cash flying around in the GF league taking players from Lincoln? Cougars must be forking out some serious $$$ ;) ;)

Looking at the EU side for Sat and 14 players are born and bred locals with only 3 Souths players. Would've thought that Souths lost a lot more players than that to EU years ago???

The Jackamara captured at Port Niell that did the armed robbery looked a lot like Reece Jackamarra to me, it was not Robert Jackamarra Jnr that is the new recruit for MPFC. The Way-Hill lad with him was the one that played for peckers last season, One doubts if he will be playing this season now

MP I know you are just sticking up for Wes because he is a team mate. (or could be teammate). He is netorious for this sort of stuff. I spoke with a Whyalla club and they think he is palying for them this season.

How many people are the subject of rumours in the off-season, and nothing happens, they line up at their old club round 1?

Why do we all focus on Wes or Mallee Miller?
