Brad man is just saying what a lot of player/clubs are thinking. How about we find out what people think about zone games.
Who thinks they are a good idea?

Is this lack of interest in the zone side because it's a new zone?

Diagree DW, Happy to have players from my club play if we have a bye, We only play 16 games if we drop
one game with a few better player not playing it hurts alot more then a season of 18 or 20 games, it could be the difference of double chance/ playing finals. With Clubs investing $ and time in the local footy, members want and deserve a return, All this could be fixed very easily, ALL TEAMS HAVE A BYE......

I suppose we're lucky in the Riverland, in that the RFL has fixtured a bye for us.
It seems pretty silly to do otherwise....

Seems a little ridiculous the RFL has a bye and Barossa don't - might be a bit of a farce, does the BLGFA have a policy on selected players????

who ever Nobby Symes wants in it
They have a policy, you have to play, BUT that depends on who you are and what club you play for
The selectors are there for their own egos
Now they have gone to a different zone they would be saying and doing this to show how strong they are
Totally agree with Brad Mans comments

Coxy much better suited to a wing/half back - has pace to burn!

Your right Footy Mad,Hodgey played Coxy in both those positions this year at Seaton, thats where he played best.
Was also thrown onto the ball a couple of times.
I think he needs to toughen up a little,especially 50/50 balls,from a few games i saw.
I'm not bagging the bloke,as i think he's a talented footballer,i just saw him hesitate at times, when his body should of just stayed in line with the ball, rather than eyes on the opposition.

Coxy is not an in and under player, he is the first to admit it.
He's a better sweeper/receiver who can out pace tags and most opponents generally, the other strength is his ability to kick accurately at full speed more often than not.
Where has he ended up? Barossa $350?
