It all matters very little, if Tasmans can't win it this year with the list they have assembled they never will. They are HOME

HOME - is a big call!!

but....

I have watched large parts of their training over the past week and I must say I was VERY impressed at their fitness and slickness of ball movement - they look like a side with something to prove! TFC have recruited WELL, havent lost anywhere near the "rumourmill" had them losing - they will be fit early, had a positive recruiting v losses return and were the League leaders & pace setters last season. Rooster fans would be getting excited - barring injury, this will be their best tilt at the flag in a while. Expect a runaway start to the season.... just like last year!

I would honestly be surprised if we didn't win the premiership. With the list we have and the commitment the lads are showing it just seems a formality from here.

I may have gone a little early in the past but this season is different. With all the departures from other clubs it leaves us well placed. I just cant see us missing the double chance and from there we have a huge chance of taking home the flag.
I will also say I would be shocked if we lost any of our first 10 games. Having said that the boys have to keep up the good work and play to their potential.

So rossco, wcp and RR have told us that the premiership race is all but over. The season will now officially be called off and the roosters declared the premiers.
I would never declare Tasmans HOME in a finals game of football OnSong.

The A grade grand final has been moved to Poole Oval. The curator put too much water on the pitch on Wednesday

I've called no-one HOME.... but the TFC have recruited very well, are very fit and will start the season flying - just like last year.... potientially I think they may not be as top heavy as last year - without a ball being bounced.... I am saying that if I was a Tasman supporter - they have been very well prepared and are very well placed for an assult on this years flag....

Mallees still the team to beat.... recruits in the wings and I dont believe that any of the alleged "losses" will eventuate after 30 June.... they are confident!

An A grade GF at Poole you gotta be joking imagine the scores
4/576 def 7/575.
As for Tasmans your havin a pull
Lost Hayden McInley (a legend at the club)
Lost Rick Leonard(Consistently top 6 player)
Lost Nick Cunningham (Tallest in the team)
Reece Francis might play 6 to 10 games
Cody Mason (away working)
Who knows what Mallee pk will have to choose from after Mortlock
Certainly we are looking forward to a good season but I've yet to see
a Premiership in March :)

pretty sure if centenery got canned the a's were going to ravendale, the b's then to poole and the colts to the high school. and if any of that had happened i would have thought we would have been informed by now.

I heared an emergency meeting has been called at 10.30am today to discuss options..... but wont the colts have started by then??????  ;)

What a disgrace that the pitch didn't come up. No excuses this time. How much does this guy get paid? What a waste of $5k to play 8 matches a season on centenary, thats $600 per game. And there is talk of 2 turf pitches in town ? That is the biggest joke I have ever heard
