When does round one begin again....April 14 is it?

April 21st, in the mean time, who's backing who this weekend??

Lofty vs Modbury --> well im guessing if recent form is anything to go by the Mountain Goats will be pushing for SANFL league (at least) next year, i have no idea what Modbury are like though so its a tough call (devs by 15 goals).

Ironbank vs Goolwa/Pt Elliott --> It would be good to see the Bankers have another win for the start of the season, i'm defintely tipping Birdwood for wooden spooners this year......

Bridgewater vs Morphettville Park --> whaaa?? Morphettville park by at least 913145015 goals (in the 1st quarter)

Any other trial games?? Anyone know if Birdwood have one???

Boys can anyone tell me about Mt Barker?
A bloke that had already signed with a GSFL club for 07 was just bought by Mt Barker. His names Scott Byrt, word has it the GSFL club would've and could've out bid the Barks but at the end of the day the player couldnt physically kick a drop punt as he is a basketballer, to top that off he never completed a training session due to a leg injury and couldnt play in any trials so was unrpoven.
Apparently he used to play for Mt Barker when they were red hot. Any confirmations of his ability etc??

Mt barker are throwing money out left right and centre, they are paying this bloke a car for a sign on fee and 350 a game!

Only info that I could say is that I know they are concerned with the number of players they have lost combined to Nairne, Macclesfield and Town to go with a number of players they lost the offseason before, so it would be fair to say that they could be struggling a bit for depth this year.
Don't know about the player mentioned but you'd think they would have done some sort of homework for that coin.

I was mates with Birt for a bit, and the bloke was a well good basketballer.
In Mt Barkers dominating year (2002/3??) he had a great year in ruck because he has a massive leap.
He was VERY good mates with Leith Marsten out there I think.

Night game on sat in Modbury. Do believe A's start around 6:30.
Should be interesting and i think there could be up to 10 players out of the devils starting line up.

Are you playing 2W?

If so, we will win by 10 goals and the Modbury FC will have record bourbon and cancer stick sales!
