Been recruited to BMW according to my txt message of 5-minutes ago!

He was a fringe player in our U/18's

Apparently he played colts at Booleroo and now he has returned. The word is he will play B grade, which is fine.

ya gotta love the tit for tat that goes on between Pirie SGL clubs and some Northern Areas clubs. Ports got back Burford from Jamestown-Peterborough and enticed Orroroo gun Tim Byerlee over to the Squids with a suspected generous sign on fee.
Comes the counter attack from Southern Flinders. Ports prem, iership skipper Andrew Fleming now expected to sign with SF as is Props (Lions) defender Travis Edwards.
Score - SGL 2 NAFA 2

Greg Phillips?

That's a big loss for Lions, as I have heard Dunkley & George are going to Adelaide & Seiber & Irvine back to Tanunda.

Some good ins for Ports, Flemmo would have been another good in (year off with knee in 2010)

I think they are playing North Whyalla, not sure of the date. 19 March or something?

Turner at best is a classy B grader or very average A grader. Filet Phillips has trained with the Squids but you must remember he works at StMarks college in Pirie with Crystal Brook coach Joel Head. So....the Headster would be hammering him to stay at Rooster Park you would think.

According to one of Turner's team mates he is talented but lazy.
Not a good combo in any sport

Pulling on the black and the white out at North Whyalla. There was mention we may play South Augusta out at Quorn and was hoping to see you out there but I think that trial game has gone out the window.

Had lunch in Port Augusta today. Ex West Augusta coach Gerard Connall still sharp with the tongue. Another story unfolded at the Holden dealership but I'm not saying anymore.

Good luck to you then matey! I think we're playing a Whyalla team in a trial - can't remember which one. You wouldn't see me anyway at the other end of the ground - unless you change on the ball! See if I can still get a kick.

saw turner play in whyalla first with souths then with wests, he is an average player at best, any wraps that he has would be from himself.

Not really solo. All I will say is that a colourful conversation took place when an SGL umpire came in to look at a car. He copped a good-hearted spray from an employee and returned fire.
