Well it seems the rumour mill is true...Modra cleared to play for Keith from Encounter Bay yesterday!!! Big disappointment to the Bays players as they seem to be travelling well so far this season and they were all hoping Mods would lace up the boots for one more year...

Just looking at countryfooty website, interesting to see Mods kick 5 against Mundulla today.

Also Nigel Fiegert kicked 17 for Luncindale against Kaniva/Leeor.

Saw that as well and would think Keith would be pinching themselves to have him on their list. Will be interesting to see how many matches he plays. I reckon it would be good for their club as well as the league to have a bloke of his renown and ability playing.

Anybody who knows the ladder positions might care to post them on here.

Also for any of you down south, Carl Semmler is playing at CHF for Marble Range over this way and is proving to be a huge bonus for the club. Very clever and is bringing other players around him into the game. Played against a chap called Luke Abel (ex Broadview and state amateur CHB) and carved him up on Saturday.

Whats the latest on the league down there. I see Keith are still undefeated. Is anyone looking as though they can challenge them. Are Lucindale still a threat or past their glory days.
Will be in Keith on Aug 18th which is a home game against Kyby - I hope it is a decent match as they can probably do with a decent contest going into the finals and much better to watch a tight hard match rather than a flogging.

In the top of the table clach I see Penola knocked off Keith on the weekend, with a big win by more than 11 goals, that should make things a little more interesting come finals time. Did Mods play for Keith?
