According to a very well known Keith player Francis played his first game on Saturday and had his nose split open early in the game. Looks like a talent though.

Jim West trying to get into Fire Brigade and therefore cant afford risking injury.
Reece Francis played very well on weekend by all reports.
However, Naracoorte managed to get over the line and beat Keith by 22 points.
High quality game by all reports, a few reports of best game of country footy some had seen.

Did my annual pilgrimage to watch Keith play on the weekend and they did the job very easily against Padthaway.
Mods got 6 which is the first time Iv'e seen him play out of the Adelaide Crows and one thing that stood out to me was that he seems to really enjoy playing there. Jim West did a little farewell talk after the match and he obviously enjoyed his time there as well.
Super impressed with Tom Redden who looks the total package in that league.
Once again impressed with Todd Butler as a person and although he has obviously got the cattle, his coaching efforts at Keith must rank.
Does anyone know of his coaching record over the years ?

Dont know much about Bordertown but whats going on at Kingston. Big recruiters in the offseason and dropped three games already - losing to Mundulla last weekend.
Yeah agree with the big fella how about some feedback on the KNTFL - surely with all the gizmos in your tractors these days you'd have the net down there.

Tom Redden certainly a talent- but seems like it may be wasted. Was on Crows list only a couple of years ago- seems happy at Keith, probably play out his days there. By all acoonts playing some very good footy

Wheres that midfielder who played for Keith a few years ago,i think his name was Hamish Tamlin. I think he won a Reserves Magarey Medal a few years back.

Is he at Keith still or moved on, haven't seen his name in any footy results for last few years..

Has been working overseas for the last 18 months or so - soaking up the sun in the Windies or there about. Could be a chance to be back in Crows colours before seasons end.

First time on ever but glad to be involved and have been an observer for some months
Just some news from KNTFL. Hamish Tamblyn 2nd match back this week playing at centre today for Keith. Reece Francis playing on HFF but is competing against plenty of class within Keith forward lines including Modra, Makin and Snajdar.
Change of coach at Kingston 2 weeks ago with Ron Turner standing down and Mark Kruger taking over the reigns
KNTFL now has live broadcasts of the match of the day in the top end of the league on 5TCB starting at 2.00pm each saturday afternoon headed by Ross Wilson (new station mamager but not of Daddy Cool fame) who has called over 1000 AFL games on ABC (according to my goss). Was at Mundulla last week and saw the broadcasters commentating out of a Kenworth prime mover- quite funny.
Anyway hope to be here from now and would enjoy any banter to put KNTFL back on the map as the third best comp in Australia.

Haven't heard it personally but heard the Saturday morning sports show on the local radio station is pretty popular down there.
Is it just footy and netball or all sports. Who hosts the show and what sort of a job do they do.

I think Sam Logan, ex Glenelg is at Naracoorte kicking regular bags of goals.

Looks like Scott Fiora, ex Port Magpies Reserves and brother of Aaron, is playing there as well.
