Hes the secretary (president??) of the league. I had a look on the GSFL website for a phone number/email but couldn't find one.

Thanks will help alot, been told he is 1 point, but seems a strange system and the club he spoke to sounded very happy to work out he is just the 1 point. Need to check the finner details as it would be a shame to sign up and find out it was a waste of time.
