Looks as though the rules were broken. When will Strath be fined and lose their points from the first couple of matches?

Clubs that have played Strath should look at legal action if the league does not deal with this correctly, this is a form of cheating and needs to have harsh punishments!

Just on big men and wet weather. To all you little blokes dont let it fool you. I think a smart big man is well and truly suited to the wet. The pace of the game slows down and when its scrappy the big frame goes over the ball (head included) and these little terriers come charging in. Free kick every time! Lets see how many big blokes get in the best this week.

I totally agree LF. My point was with one of our biggest assets being our talls and their lead up marking, its a lot harder for the skills of the players kicking the ball and also harder to mark. Our big men are quite accomplished in the wet tho and i back them in in any conditions!

One in particular calls himself a 'Mudda' as he loves it wet and Muddy. (I personally dont think Hamsy loves it when its wet but its rather humorous hearing him continually go on about his love of the wet)

He got off and he didn't get any games either....

You are obviously involved with the bays in some way TC, what do you think of a guy like Blummy throwing elbows around all day long against smaller opponents? I have seen it on a few different occasions against different sides and its not good to see.

I will say about Blummy he is a very hard player but always wins the ball and if you watch the game you will notice he oftens gets free kicks to him as his player cannot cope with the hardness. There was an ugly incident at the bays vs goolwa clash last year where blummy was running from full back towards an incoming ball, a saints playing was (gutsy) running back and jumped infront of blummy who was already airborn ready for the mark. Blummys shoulder collided with the saints player who had some serious injuries. Blummy was not reported and a free kick was not given the umpire stated it was a 50/50 contest. What was disapointing and also pathetic was the attempt by the saints water boy (old man) at having a crack at blummy which only inflammed the situation.

dont get me wrong though, credit goes to the saints player who was just as hard on the day and showed great courage running into an incoming pack with eyes only for the ball. I think he is back playing now? is this so kappars?

I remember reading about that insident on here Cuzzy LF will fill us in no doubt. I have just seen the guy play a two games this season and when someone has tackled him and he falls to ground he throws elbows like he is in the UFC ring! I also believe and high up member of your club has stated "thats not on" when he seen these actions!

Obviously every one rates the mighty demons in this league, but how do you think they would go against the emus in a real game.Personally i rekn they would struggle to knock off the team that Pilmore use to coach in the wineys, this is the team that the emus smashed 2 weeks ago.I dont rekn the demons would get within 10 goals of the emus and thats on a good day.

It's very hypothetical and we are talking about 2 great and successful clubs, but the form Willunga are in at the moment, it would take a special team to beat them. Willunga would win if the game was played this Saturday.

I watched the Reynella V M/Vale game and Willunga would have beaten them by 15 goals, the winies were shocking. Against Morphett Vale though, i think if anyone was going to win by 10 goals it would be willunga, but too be realistic it wouldn't be any more than 5 goals either way.

You SFL blokes over rate your top teams because your bottom teams are so terrible. You won't be satisfied unless Willunga (or Strath or Langhorne Creek) move to the SFL and dominate it for 100 years. Which if you brush up on your history you will see that Willunga had already done before it moved to the GSFL looking for a challenge.

Clubs that have played Strath should look at legal action if the league does not deal with this correctly, this is a form of cheating and needs to have harsh punishments!

So No clubs ever broke the Salary Cap in previous years? If they did, Lets have a go at them too

Not much of a challenge at the moment but then the wheel does turn albeit slower for some than others much the same as Victor in the 90's.
