The back has a couple of bulging discs. Once the disc stops hitting the nerve you're all good to go, just have to stop doing the thing that aggravated it. A Sturt player came back from one in four weeks this year. Last time I did mine it took seven weeks but I shouldn't have played as early as I did.

We start Nov 3 if you're keen for a run and a session at the Kilburn 24 hr fitness centre.

KO, my tip is for him to have a look at Virginia. However this probably wouldn't be the best fit for him with Leo already there. Would be well suited to a team with a tall full forward, he'd compliment that well as a competent player on the lead and pulling out the odd bullshit goal when the ball hits the ground.

I would have thought you'd be a second forward using smarts to exploit a second string defender. I can't see you playing too much on the ball, I don't reckon you'll get fit enough and if you do get fit you'll be too skinny!

Combination of diet, weights and running. Should be in ok shape and not too small. Will be deep in the forward line with runs on the ball here and there...thats the plan anyway.

Yeah it's down to a couple of clubs. One here and one in the amatuers. Just want to keep developing the coaching side of things as well as getting fit for my last few years of footy...

Well if it's not Virgina it's obviously Two Wells and Boozer will go there with a couple of his mates as a package. Probably a good club to go to as everyone has been predicting their rise for a couple of years now.

Probably the ones he mentioned before. Paul would be the pick of them. No doubt Boozehound could snag a couple of disgruntled EP boys chasing cash.

i was with you on this Green One, until i read the 'skinny' bit and realised that i have mistaken BH's identity. 'skinny' and BH don't go together ,'trimmed down, a bit more mobile' etc , i would take but skinny is not a word i would use. that said good on him for giving it a decent crack at it
