Haven't heard anything about Tailem Bend entering the Mallee and all I have heard is that the rumor, said on the raido, was competely fabricated.

As for the Tailem lads, apparenty no one knows what they are doing yet. I heard from one of them they they are all going, but have heard all sorts of things since.

As for Peake, must have a bit of money laying around. They get the right recruits for once they could be dangerous.

also i can assure you this peake dont have a hell of a lot of money and would defaintly spend the least on its A grade in the mallee..............

agreed thats why at the end of my post i said a club should be gaged on A grade success, but the point i was making was its clear whopper had over 50k to spend where the peake coaching staff had half of that yet the from a club point of veiw won the sheild and for a club like peake to win that is a huge effort with a population of what about 30-40 people???? thats my point.

and i know he'll deny having that much to spend but hey people arnt stupid and the statment i just made about peake having half of that is indeed fact mate i can assure you of that.

very true whopper loose lips do sink ships iv seen this happen but if the likes of some of them bridge boys are going around saying they are on plenty it just isnt true mate like i said and this is FACT peake spent around the 24k dollar mark in sesaon 2010 so if there are rabbits going around trying to get cash at other clubs or beef up there price it just wont work coming from peake.

I'm not too sure what these guys are doing and what their intention is, but I can assure you if they play at Tailem Bend, it will be for free.

My understanding is my club was going to make a decision that the boys did not support, so Matt and Daniel looked to Peake and Dylan looked to Karoonda because that’s who he talked to last year with Muffy.

Don’t know what they are doing now, but they play for us like it sounds, it’ll be for free. But thanks for your "facts" Carey.

The two lads living locally didn't get paid anything, and seeing as Gregory didn't play at all last year hasn't been paid by the club. However, considering the travel the club would probably reinburse him if he decieded to play, so you may be right there.

Out of his mouth, or friend's mouths? Because when I asked him a few weeks ago at the local, he wasn't going to give anything away, but said he hasn't talked money wise with any club and shunned my talk about football and redirected it, asking me if I could still play cricket for the new Tailem team at my age .

However, the lad that has apparently signed with Peake already was happy to talk figures on behalf of all the lads, that's where I got the idea that the four blokes may leave? In all honesty, if they do it would hurt us, but I fail to see why the Tailem lads potentially playing for Peake gets so much attention, surely there is other big name recuriting going on?

dan gregory- big wraps as a junior the old "could have been this" but didnt is rated tho.
kruger- young lads rates as a key defender

i must note i have not seen gregory play.
