Sucked in if he broke his finger because there wasn't much in the sledge that went out to him to warrant jumping the fence.

More like the boyfriend of a Hamley supporter/netballer. Changed from a drizabone vest to a ralph lauren polo. Ha ha... he really was trying to hide his identity. Any hints as to what the sledge actually was MC?

Yeah Thorne was a gun.

Luke Slattery went alright too, could easily change a game off his own boot.

G Wanganeen went okay for his 1 or 2 games......

Yeah but he was still supporting Hamley on the day though FGH  . There wasn't much in the sledge at all, if I get it wrong Droppie may be able to help but it went something like this....

Boyfriend of a Hamley supporter/netballer - "No. 2, you're sh!t have you had a kick yet?"
Antony - "Pretty tough yelling out from the sidelines, stay there and don't move spots when the siren goes because I'm gonna smash ya!"

Nothing in it that we havn't all copped at least at somestage (some get it weekly) in a season. I agree it was pretty funny to see him change shirts

That is hilarious. Yeah, if we all jumped the fence for sledges that pathetic.....well....it would not be good would it? We would not even finish games.

I will write a letter to Buschy pronto. I think it is time all grounds in the APFL put up barbed wire fences around boundaries (Aka Argentine, Turkish and Colombian Soccer). Purely to protect the fans and players from each other.

Yes, welcome back! As mentioned previously, a premiership brings everyone out! Especially one as unexpected as this one. The noise level in the Eagles' clubrooms on Saturday night reminded this old codger of the good ol' days in the church hall across the road! Back when the "best tap ruckman in the league" (self-proclaimed of course!) held fort at the church bar! Come to think of it, he was holding fort Saturday night, so that probably explains the similar noise level!! And he was still there in the same spot when I rocked up for the wind-up on Sund'y! Along with his old mate Sharpey, I don't think they missed anyone they aimed at with the verbal. Absolute classic! Poor old "Best West Coaster" and Shaun "Not-so" Light copped both barrels on numerous occasions, with Not-so's Dad egging Sharpey on! "Yeah, you tell him Sharpey, he needs to learn" were the words forthcoming from the big fella's old man!

Good to see Hazbeen's improving with his fearless predictions. 2 out of 4 ain't bad I spose! Better than the Peckers. 2 from 8 or so on GF day was it???!!!! But they did beat us every time during the year. Something to hang their hat on I spose. NNNOOOOOTTTTTT!!!!!!!!!

Isn't it funny how Swampy with his painfully obvious attempt to try and grab the underdog tag was actually the one who got it right??!!! And only 1 point off the margin as well! Very impressive considering he surely didn't believe what he was writing! Some of the other "tipsters" may need to clarify exactly how much "paaallenty" really is!

It never ceases to amaze how often our blokes can keep going to the well. It was something to behold to be there on Sat'dy to witness it first hand. They talk about the Shinboner spirit in the AFL, they may have to start talking about the Eagle Spirit in the APFL! So proud of (almost) every single one of them!

Almost?...Fill us in then!

Yes you guys were pretty good. Wanted the 50/50 ball just that little bit more and the close score line reflected this.

I dont think the howling wind helped the magpies fast running highly skilled style, but thats stiff aint it!

Lets hear your version of this Jack or Ace or Wedgie! Otherwise my version might have to do (warning, my version of events may be slightly enhanced, ala translation of cfm's post earlier).

I think Fester may have hit the nail on the head back a page
