No you are right Beefy of coarse it's the players fault. :)

How dare they get injured playing for their club

I think these are all the YPFL players selected in the squad: Tyler Andrews, Waylon Johncock, Lachlan Carey, Harry Litster, Daniel Toole, Abraham Helfand, Dylan Mansell, Tyson Wait, Seth Matson.

Ladder at the half way point

Pasky 8-0
Kadina 6-2
Moonta 6-2
Ardrossan 5-3
Wallaroo 3-5
Cougars 3-5
Eagles 3-5
Bute 1-7
Crows 0-8

Any surprises so far? under performers or over performers?

for me the cougars are unlucky to be 3-5 given 2x 1 point losses, remain a dark horse if they find early season form

Are the crows doing a hamley bridge or have they been slowly drifting downwards?.

Didn't the crows beat the cougars couple weeks back?

So Ardrossan are getting Shane Tuck for one game against Wallaroo. Does this cost them points for one game?? I did notice that the clearance had been denied.

they would have been 5-0 if not for those close losses early. have dropped off in the past month or so. they are a threat if they get their mojo back

Yes. Would cost them points.

Do they have spare points or will another import have to miss out on a game so he can play

Not 100% sure. Would possibly depend if Davey comes back from injury or if Sutcliffe is available. If they both played, I think they would have some points issues.

The dogs should have beaten them in the first round.
What's going on at Wallaroo. I've heard that in recent weeks they have had about 3 or 4 committee members resign along with the canteen manager.
No-one has given me a straight answer as to why this has happened.

Told you at the start of the year there where problems at the club, locals have been restless all year and a lot money spent for what return.

Played very well in the 1st and 4th quarters. Bit quieter in 2nd and 3rd. I did notice that there were a few extra people there that had made the trip to watch but not what I would call massive numbers of extras. e and his family stayed for the evening and mixed in well with the locals.

Talking to one of the cougars locals on the weekend and found that one of the Gatto's and another whose name escapes me have left. I 'm told the issue was that the Adelaide based players have not been training as required. Caught out by the coach. A couple couldn't commit to training once a week but still wanted the coin.

Rumoured 3k for the day I think he would have mixed in very well for the day/night.
How this was allowed middle of the year is beyond me. Kudos to Ardrossan great idea and if it made more people come and watch than it worked out well.
What was the rules for this to happen in the end? Did Ardrossan have to drop points on the Saturday as stated previously?
