Peake will just get over the line against karoonda, have been close encounters both meetings this year and now with karoonda having about 5-6 of the starting line up out, this could be a real chance for the lions

peake will never win games when the likes of dutchy and marwick refuse to man up and play loose racking up the stats, rather than do the team things like shutting done your opponent, but does the coach let them do this?

admittedly anyone would luv to play in the forward lines against the peake defence, but im of the impression the dutchess is in the team for his footskills in delivering the ball to the forwards (seeing as tho this is an area they lack in), with the likes of carling and diprose being the negators, albiet carling being the major ball winner this year. the skill level of the lions is the main reason for the mojority of their defeats this year IMO.

if thats the way you see it bullfrog hey thats your opinion and your intitled to it but i only played loose in the back half for a short while when MUFFY turned it on and kicked 2 or 3 in a row i was told to go play in front of muffy till the coaching staff came up with a match up for him which i thought paul marwick did an ok job although the damage was done.

i came out of the middle when young number 6 (bullard????) went in to the middle as young mitchell richards was running with him so i went out and it wasnt for very long but as i said thats your opinion.

any positives for peake bullfrog?

How does everyone see the Mallee comp at the moment? I know that a couple of years ago there were some clubs struggling to get players and the comp was in some danger. It seems to have stabilised a bit now, but from what I can tell there are still a lot of travellers and the populations may not be there long term to support all the teams that are currently there. Correct or not?
