Ok, this is the last bit I'm mentioning of this Lyrup incident and you all can find out the rest yourselves.

Ben Roesel thumped Adam Caputo, Adam is out for the year with a fractured eye socket.
Nate Gregory tried to step in and help Adam, he fell backwards in the scuffle and smashed a hole in the back of his head.

And on a completely unrelated matter, Gilbert Taylor wants a clearance to paringa as he feels he isn't getting enuff game time.

Will be hard for him to kick the ton this year if he misses any more games.

My money says after the Paringa game. Tilbrook's knees wobble at the thought of a roudhouse kick from Chuck.

perhaps the thought of a roundhouse from CN if he plays against him, if we are all being honest hasnt everyone considered the move to the swannies to avoid such an incident?

if nate "has a hole in his head" surely he cant play or is it merely a flesh wound?

"Hole in his head" sounded rather overstated to me also, could be a pin-hole perhaps?

I know a lot of Independent footballers slept a little easier when Chuck Norris moved to Renmark.

Heard this arvo that Roy Grenfell travels from town to play each week.
Is this true?

I thought the swans had a no-train, no-play policy?

I think in some instances No Train No Play policies are administered pretty poorly. Apparently renmark are pretty stringent on this.

I know down in town clubs like Goodwood have several players either training one night a week or not at all to keep them fresh and i think they have done ok.

Likewise in the hills at Uri, where a some players train infrequently, but play on Saturdays.

In country footy does a No Train No Play policy have to be adhered to so strictly.

I think if the club is going to be so vocal about a no-train no-play policy they have to enforce it.
Renmark has done a bloody good job of it.

If it's for the greater good, yes.
Hopefully it will set a precedent for future seasons.
