The following has appeared on the Imps Web Site:

lThe Committee of the Imperial Football Club have re-appointed Tony Fielke as the Senior Coach for 2009. A meeting was held on Tuesday night where the committee decided to continue with Tony at the helm for another season. Applications are being called for an Assistant Coach, Under 17s, Under 15s and Under 12s Coach's. Under 10s will be coached by David Schenscher who will also again assist Tony Fielke at senior level.

Looks like Filks is coaching again. Good move I believe

After the huge loss Morphett Vale suffered i've heard they've upt the ante for Sam Mahoney to coach next year but Sam has no interest in leaving Jervois which is a good thing.

I thought they maybe changing to try and change the choking culture in GFs because they need to change more than the guernsey. :Hangman:

Yeah Yeah whatever. Imps have always been the double blues and the guernsey that they are currently wearing are only dark blue, so a new guernsey promoting the double blue will be a lot better.

I can't help with the actual team, but there was an article on it, which i've got a link for below. Its certainly quite strange to have an article on it, but not publish the actual team but thats what the Standard has done.

He played centre half back you could'nt have in front of Button or Pedler but could have had him on the bench in front of either of the Mannum blokes.

Hogarth was a junior with Tailem, won the 15's medal about 4 years ago, then went down to Sturt.
