No surprises out of yesterday's result.
There was more grunt coming from the bonnet of my sons 1973 Holden Gemini this morning, than what come from the Central's outfit.
Coach Hadden's men went to the game with one thing in mind and that was to grind a victory out of Dawes front running tigers.
The Panthers seem to have it over the mentally fragile tigers once again, come the major round, as the Tigers were only recovering from the psychological nightmares of 2003 at Kapunda in very similar conditions.
Hadden's men were very good at the disciplined one percenters, conversely the tigers were aided by whiteboards, laptop computers and all the fan fare that comes with it, but to no avail.
One would have to question the game plan employed by Dawe and his side kicks, as they tried to assert their dry weather tactics, in atrocious conditions.
Switching play constantly through the cricket pitch area was very questionable.
The 'B-TRAIN' managed to straighten the Panther’s forward attack.
Did notice the Willaston assistant coach wanting to jump ship and was caught up in a verbal altercation with Central hardman Jason Wozniack at the 3/4 time break.
