Darren was involved with the Loxton North Football Club and then took on a job with the Waikerie B's I believe.
One thing led to another...yada, yada, yada....and now he's a premiership coach.

Or something like that....

Will his brother in law have a run? Or is he too fat?

I say that, because last time I spoke to him about it, that was his response.

Poor old Loxton north have been stripped of their premiership points from last week's thrashing of Berri.

apparently they played an uncleared player - andrew baker from Wunkar.

Berri have now been given the win - a ten goal win mind you!

Better clarify, the game was round one, at it was under 18s and not the A grade!

Wunkar played very well.
Evans has added a touch of class and brought their players together.
Shane Schulz no longer has to play a lone hand.
Good delivery into the forward lines from Evans etc gives Lines better service - he is back where he should as a forward.
Youngsters in Martin and Harley Bennell very good.

If Moorook had picked the ball up cleanly when they were in front - we probably wouldn't have had to worry. Leading by six goals at first change we let them back in and they kept running.
After quarter time we were ordinary and Wunkar good.

NEITHER side was happy with the umpiring.

Bar mon were horrible but reckon Rovers would have beaten anyone in comp Sat - forward structure excellent - on ballers hard running and skilfull they are serious contenders.

should be a cracker this week against Waikerie.
I reckon Renno's round one loss was an anomoly, they'll be much better for the rest of the season.

Rovershad a 4 goal to nothing lead at quarter time and came out firing on all cylinders but when the bodies got a little hard their runners seemed to go missing, roos 13 goals to 3 after quarter time. some pretty handy inclusions up forward for the roos helped a little

Apparently any attempt to start something about DW's goalkicking will be deleted straight away by the great man himself.
What a great shame, it was all I lived for last season.
