Here's my final money on tomorrow...

Harry, Wes, Jeremy, Mallee, Phillip...

vs

Wagner, Cimma, MJ, Magic, Semmler...

The better five will win the premiership...

We can talk all we want about MPFC having MB, Jayden, Clifford, Mooney, etc, but we forget that TFC have Cambo, H, Reinks, Doddy, etc, and they more than cover these guys.

Tomorrow will be a defining moment in footy for these lads, best of luck to all...

Does PL footy really need the Tigers, after last years efforts I'd say no. It's a bye anyway, might as well just call the day off and go fishing!![/quote]

christ sake fev get over it. yes there were punches thrown and there were punches that connected and they deserved to be reported. but they wern't reported and they did not and i repeat did not knock anyone out. i will say this however, we had 2 guys sent off and no ramblers. it sort of summed up the day for us with 2 of the 3 umpires.
whilst on umpires, do people like the 3 umpire system? as a coach last week i was very annoyed an umpire who is that far behind our best (tiller, fantastic umpire who was great last week) gets a gig and umpires a 3rd of the game whilst our best (tiller) umpires a 3rd less. just whinging i know, starting vent frustrations from last week now.
gd luck to carl and tasmans. they need to take the opportunities that will arise. we didn't and we lost.

I thoroughly enjoyed my day at the football today. There were some great games of football. As a senior member of the community I was not impressed with the ammenities.
I caught the last half of the under 15's and must say congratulations to the Tigers and Brenton Beare who looks like being offered the senior coaching job next saeason from what I heard today. There must be doubt about Rodericks age. The under 17s was a terrrific match, The Peckers looked like they had it when 8 goals to 2 up but the roosters persisted and werea point in front with under 5 seconds to go, however a ball rolled over the back of the pack through fore a point and the siren went so extra time was played with the Peckers winning. A great game and I am sure KWF will agree.
The reserves was a good match with the quicker eagles getting on top in the last half.
The A grade was another high qaulity match. One thing I will ask KWF is how was M Miller and W Bilney (especially early) allowed so much space, it looked like poor planning as these match winners were not paid their due respect. All the talk of the Tasman talls and they dont impose themselves enough on the game, they have very limited opposition in the ruck and Cunningham and Mason have little impact. Was George injured?
Mick Heg got it wrong again with his BOG, M Burgoyne above M Miller? Not sure where Mick was when M Miller won the game of his own boot, wether it be forward or on the ball. I would appreciate other opinion on BOG?
The Blewitt lad #9 had a good game on a forward flank I thought.
Tasmans did well to stay so close and when they got within 12 points at the 7 min mark of the last term wasnt it good. Credit to them for fighting the game out.

I agree daic's about the Mick Hegarty medal . although i thought wes was probably more deserving..

Joel Tessman's mark in the 1st quarter would have to be mark of they year.

D george was injured and this hurt us badly.

I though MJ had a day out and Rick leonard played well.

We were robbed in the 17's ... there was a point that was awarded a free for out on the full (by the field ump from 40 metres away). If we were given this point then we would have won the game when the final siren sounded. But all credit to the rooster 17's ..... they didn't give up when they were 8 goals down.
